A mobile robot includes a driver configured to provide a traveling function, a body disposed at an upper side of the driver, and formed to include an inclined surface protruding downward at front and rear surfaces thereof, a body frame disposed in the body, and one pair of displays coupled to the body frame, and disposed at front and rear surfaces of the body. The body frame includes body profiles disposed at left and right sides of the body frame, and formed to extend in a vertical direction, and display supports fixed to the body profiles to extend in forward and backward directions, and respectively coupled to the pair of the displays.

Mobile robot

A robot may include a robot frame having a bottom plate, and a rear caster and a wheel module disposed on the bottom plate, wherein the wheel module may include a link base mounted in the bottom plate to be spaced apart from the rear caster, a rotation damper mounted in the link base and having an elastic member accommodated therein, a front link connected to the rotation damper through a connecting shaft, a front caster mounted in a front portion of the front link, a drive motor mounted in a rear portion of the front link, and a drive wheel configured to be rotated by the drive motor.

Robot

A mobile robot includes a driver configured to provide a traveling function, a body disposed at an upper side of the driver and configured to include a head coupling hole formed at an upper portion thereof, and a head configured to include a head bracket inserted into the head coupling hole of the body. The body includes a head fixing frame fastened to the head bracket, a first bolt configured to fix the head fixing frame and the head bracket, and a repair cover coupled to an opening formed in a backward direction. The head is separated from the body when the first bolt is released by opening the repair cover.

A mobile robot includes a driver configured to provide a traveling function, a body disposed at an upper side of the driver, a concave portion recessed inward from a surface of the body, a vent hole formed at an upper side of the concave portion, and a guide inclined surface formed at a lower side of the concave portion. During traveling of the mobile robot, the mobile robot induces inflow of air so that the body can be cooled.

A robot includes a base, at least one roller bearing having an inner hub supported to the base and an outer hub rotated about the inner hub, a spacer contacting the outer hub, a spin body to which the spacer is attached, and a spin mechanism coupled to the spin body to rotate the spin body. The spacer separates the spin body from the roller bearing between the spin body and the roller bearing. A surface hardness of the spacer is greater than a surface hardness of the spin body.

A robot comprises: an outer body in which a pin through-hole is formed; a cover from which a pin passing through the pin through-hole protrudes and in which a protrusion is formed at one side of the pin; and a stopper disposed at an outer circumference of the pin, wherein the stopper comprises: a protrusion contact surface on which the protrusion is contacted and caught; and an outer body contact surface that is contacted and caught by a periphery of the pin through-hole in the outer body.

A robot comprises: an outer body having a space formed therein; an interface module mounted on the outer body; a tilting base fastened to the outer body; and a tilting mechanism connected to the tilting base or the outer body to tilt the outer body and the tilting base, wherein the outer body comprises: a first body in which a module accommodation portion accommodating the interface module is formed; a second body forming the space with the first body; a hook unit elastically attaching or detaching one of the first body and the second body to or from the other; and a supporting rib protruding from the other of the first body and the second body and contacting an inner surface of one of the first body and the second body.

A robot includes a base, a first body provided above the base, a first gearing configured to rotate the first body about the base, a second body provided above the first body, a second gearing configured to tilt the second body about a tilting axis, an interface installed in at least one of the first body and the second body, a first gear mounted on the second body and tilted together with the second body, and a damper mounted on the first body. The damper includes a damping gear engaged with the first gear, and the first gear is tilted along an outer circumference of the damping gear.

A robot comprises: a main PCB having an antenna disposed thereon, the antenna disposed on an upper portion of the main PCB; and a sub-PCB spaced apart from the main PCB in a horizontal direction, wherein the main PCB comprises a non-overlap region that does not overlap the sub-PCB in both the horizontal direction and a vertical direction, and all or any portion of the antenna is disposed on the non-overlap region.

A robot includes a spin body, and a drive motor, a spin motor, and a PCB connected electrically to the spin motor and the drive motor mounted on the spin body. Accordingly, the spin motor, the driving motor, and the PCB are rotated together with the spin body, so that relative movement does not occur between the PCB and the respective motors, and tangling or twisting of the connection member electrically connecting the respective motors and the PCB does not occur.

A robot includes a base, a spin body rotatably connected to the base, a tilting base tiltably connected at a tilting shaft to the spin body, a first tilting housing to which the tilting base is fixed therein, a second tilting housing which is fastened to the first tilting housing and to which the tilting base is fixed therein, and a tilting supporter connecting an inner side of the first tilting housing and an inner side of the second tilting housing. The tilting supporter is disposed at a position through which a rotational axis of the spin body passes.

A robot includes an enclosure of a speaker that is formed as an arc or annular shape along a circumferential direction of a body. In addition, a display and the speaker are positioned to one side of a rotation axis of the body.
