According to an aspect of the present disclosure, the display device includes a lower substrate and a plurality of pixel substrates disposed on the lower substrate. The display device also includes a plurality of transistors disposed on the plurality of pixel substrates and a planarization layer disposed on the plurality of pixel substrates to cover upper portions of the plurality of transistors. The display device further includes a plurality of individual connection pads and a common connection pad disposed on the planarization layer. The display device also includes a plurality of light emitting diodes disposed on the plurality of individual connection pads and the common connection pad. At least one of the plurality of individual connection pads and the common connection pad may have a multilayer structure.

In order to achieve the above-described technical benefits, according to an aspect of the present disclosure, a display device is provided. The display device includes a display panel in which a plurality of pixels is disposed, a touch panel which is disposed on the display panel, and a filling layer is disposed between the display panel and the touch panel. The display panel includes: a stretchable lower substrate; a pattern layer which is disposed on the lower substrate and includes a plurality of plate patterns in which a plurality of pixels is disposed and a plurality of line patterns. Display device with reduced power consumption

A display device that can reduce power consumption is provided. The display device can include a substrate provided with a first subpixel and a second subpixel, a first electrode provided on the substrate, a first light emitting layer provided on the first electrode and emitting light of a first color, a second electrode provided on the first light emitting layer, a second light emitting layer provided on the second electrode and emitting light of a second color, and a third electrode provided on the second light emitting layer. The second electrode is disconnected between the first subpixel and the second subpixel, and the second electrode of the first subpixel is electrically connected with the third electrode.

A thin film transistor array substrate and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device including the same are disclosed in which a color layer is disposed on a first substrate corresponding to a white sub-pixel and a non color filter area is included in a second substrate corresponding to the white sub-pixel, and thus, it is possible to lower an amount of reflectance of external light, increase a luminance efficiency, and reduce a power consumption of the OLED display device.

An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel includes: an OLED layer; a color filter layer; and a color coordinate tuning layer disposed between the OLED layer and the color filter layer, wherein the OLED layer includes a first light-emitting portion comprising a first light-emitting layer configured to emit a first light and a second light-emitting portion comprising a second light-emitting layer configured to emit a second light. The OLED layer is configured to emit a third light produced by mixing the first light and the second light. The color coordinate tuning layer is configured to output a fourth light different from the third light. The number of all of peaks and shoulders that an EL spectrum of the fourth light has is higher than the number of all of peaks and shoulders that an EL spectrum of the third light has throughout an entire range of a visible wavelength band.

Organic light emitting diode display panel

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device is described that includes a shared cathode between OLED pixels as well as auxiliary lines that are formed between rows and/or columns of the OLED pixels. As the cathode is shared between many if not all of the pixels of display device, resistance within the cathode can affect the brightness of those pixels that are further from the cathode's voltage source. The auxiliary lines serve to counteract the voltage drop caused by this resistance. The auxiliary lines are electrically connected to the cathode in close proximity to individual pixels of the display.

An organic light emitting display element includes a substrate, a lower electrode positioned on the substrate, at least one organic light emitting layer positioned on the lower electrode, a metal doped layer positioned on the organic light emitting layer, and an upper electrode positioned on the metal doped layer that includes a conductive material, and is configured to transmit light. Such organic light emitting display element is capable of minimizing degeneration and damage to the organic light emitting layer caused by sputtering.
