Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for controlling electronic communications in real time via an artificial intelligence engine based on location data and user data. The present invention may be configured to determine a location of a user device associated with a user based on location data generated by the user device and determine, using an emotional artificial intelligence engine, an emotional state of the user based on user data. The present invention may be configured to determine resources associated with the user and identify, from the resources associated with the user, relevant resources associated with an entity in proximity to the location of the user device. The present invention may be configured to generate, based on the emotional state of the user, notifications including information regarding the relevant resources and present, using an output device of the user device, the notifications to the user.

Systems and methods for controlling electronic communications in real time via an artificial intelligence engine based on location data and user data

Various aspects of the disclosure relate to distributed ledger computing systems and customizing tokens for securing and facilitating transactions recorded in the distributed ledger. A token customization module may be used to build customized controls into a token for use in a blockchain system. The token customization module may personalize or otherwise customize rules based on requirements of a user's particular use of the distributed ledger system. The customized rules may be used to trigger alerting behavior, prevent and/or automate particular transactions, provide geofencing and/or regional restrictions for transactions of a specified type, among others. Once built, the rules may be incorporated into the tokens and immutably memorialized in the distributed ledger. The customized tokens may be associated with or incorporate a smart contract to layer additional functionality.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to identity management and recommendation. A computing platform may receive a request to access information associated with one or more user accounts. The computing platform may send a biometric authentication prompt for identifying a user. The computing platform may receive biometric input of the user. The computing platform may retrieve one or more biometric enrollment templates from a database. The computing platform may compare the biometric input to the one or more biometric enrollment templates to determine if a match exists between the biometric input and one of the one or more biometric enrollment templates. Responsive to the user being authenticated based upon a match, the computing platform may retrieve and send information associated with the one or more user accounts. The computing platform may generate and send one or more recommendations associated with usage of the one or more user accounts.

Account establishment and transaction management using biometrics and intelligent recommendation engine

Aspects of the disclosure relate to authorizing an event by utilizing a high generation cellular network to authenticate a device associated with the event. A computing platform may receive, from a first device, a request to authorize an event. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify, based on an analysis of location data, that a second device is proximate to the first device. The computing platform may then prompt the second device to authenticate the first device. Then, the computing platform may receive, from the second device, an authentication token indicating whether the first device is authenticated. Based on the authentication token, the computing platform may respond to the request to authorize the event.

Utilizing a high generation cellular network to authorize an event

A bottom-up hierarchical computer network architecture is provided. The architecture may include a central server. The architecture may also include a plurality of edge nodes that may be coupled to the central server. At least a first one of the edge nodes may be configured to process a transaction, compile data associated with the transaction, and store the data as a master dataset in the first edge node. The architecture may also include a data administration module. The data administration module may be configured to compare the master dataset in the first edge node to transactional data in the central server. When the transactional data in the central server is inconsistent with the master dataset in the first edge node, the data administration module may be configured to update the transactional data in the central server to be consistent with the master dataset in the first edge node.

The alarms are 'silent,' because the alarm may initiate an institution internal process in which the customer interaction with the institution follows a normal diligence process until an intervention can be effectively executed on behalf of the customer. This reduces the likelihood of a reaction from the customer's associate prior to completing the diligence process. A system may provide the customer with an opportunity to electronically activate an alarm by typing keystrokes on a card reader keypad or interacting with a physical sensor on the reader, on the card, or the like.

A computing platform may receive, via a network, an alert notification indicative of a change to a legal framework applicable to an enterprise organization. Subsequently, the computing platform may, in response to the alert notification, detect a task that may be impacted by the change. Then, the computing platform may, upon detecting the task, identify at least one task parameter associated with the task. Then, the computing platform may compare the at least one task parameter with the change to determine whether the task is impacted by the change. Subsequently, the computing platform may, upon a determination that the task is impacted by the change, recommend, via the network, one or more actions associated with the task.

Cognitive automation based compliance management system

Apparatus and methods are provided for executing a rules-based authentication of an electronic transaction. The method may include receiving first and second payment authorization parameters and second payment authorization parameters. The method may also include receiving from a Point of Sale device a request for payment information and a purchase amount. The method may also include, determining if first or second parameters are satisfied. The first parameters may include a first time range, a pairing of the electronic device to a first apparatus, a first geolocation of the electronic device, and a first maximum transaction value. The second parameters may include a second time range, a pairing of the electronic device to a second apparatus, a second geolocation of the electronic device, and a second maximum transaction value, wherein the second time range does not include the first time range.

Trusted pair authentication with edge-computing devices

This disclosure describes an edge-node computing system that provides streamlined access to secured products/services based on data captured by one or more sensors. The captured data may include unsolicited authenticators. Edge-nodes may process the captured data and perform a plurality of pre-authentication routines. A consensus protocol executed by the edge-nodes may establish a threshold pre-authentication of a customer based on the plurality of pre-authentication routines. Edge-nodes may configure an automated teller machine ('ATM') to provide the customer access to the ATM based on the threshold pre-authentication. The edge-nodes may configure the ATM to allow the customer to use a contactless authentication method to access the ATM.

Edge-node touchless authentication architecture

Systems for using cognitive automation techniques to generate resource recommendations are provided. In some examples, current resource data may be received. The current resource data may include current staffing data, skills associated with current staff, and the like. In some examples, environmental condition data may also be received. The environmental condition data may include current weather information, predicted weather information, power outage information, and the like. The resource data and environmental data may be analyzed using cognitive automation techniques to identify and/or generate one or more resource recommendations. The resource recommendations may include adjustments to staffing, modification of locations at which processes are performed, and the like. The identified or generated recommendations may be transmitted to one or more computing devices. In some examples, feedback data may be received based on the recommendations and the cognitive automation model may be updated and/or validated based on the feedback data.

Cognitive automation platform for dynamic resource management and control

Arrangements for dynamic data exchange and control are provided. In some examples, user device location data may be detected by a system. The location data may be detected in real-time and one or more entities within a predefined proximity of the detected location may be identified. A communication session may be established with a first entity of the one or more entities identified and a request for a first offer may be transmitted to the first entity. In response, a first offer may be received from the first entity and evaluated to determine whether it is an optimized offer. If so, the offer may be presented to the user. If not, a counter offer may be generated using machine learning. The counter offer may be transmitted to the first entity for evaluation and acceptance or generation of another counter offer. Upon agreeing to a particular offer, the offer may be transmitted to the user device.

The disclosure relates to an edge computing-based distributed network architecture. A central server in the architecture may include a client-location monitoring module for tracking a principle location of a client, which may be co-located with a remote hub institution.
