Provided is a computer-implemented method, system, and computer program product for process mining asynchronous support conversations using attributed directly follows graphing. A processor may collect a plurality of conversation threads from an asynchronous data stream. The processor may label each utterance of a plurality of utterances from the plurality of conversation threads with an event label. The processor may analyze the event label for each utterance of the plurality of utterances. The processor may generate, based on the analyzing of the event label for each utterance, an attributed directly follows graph (DFG).

One embodiment provides a method, including: receiving, from a user and at a user interface of a conversational agent, a query related to a business process; identifying, using process entity extraction on the query, (i) the business process and (ii) a business object corresponding to an entity of the query; mapping the business object to code corresponding to the business object, wherein the mapping comprises (i) mapping the business object to an object within a business process model using a domain dictionary and (ii) accessing code corresponding to the object within the business process model; generating a natural language response responsive to the received query by (i) extracting the code corresponding to the business object, (ii) identifying a rule within the extracted code corresponding to a variable of the query, and (iii) generating the natural language response from the identified rule; and providing the natural language response.

A computer-implemented method includes generating a first map that represents a plurality of concepts pertaining to at least one subject matter area within a curriculum; generating a second map that represents a plurality of concepts pertaining to math word problems associated with the curriculum; determining portions of the first graph that exhibit a structural match to portions of the second graph; automatically creating a math word problem template by extracting multiple variable portions from one of the one or more math word problems associated with the curriculum; and automatically generating an integrated curriculum math word problem by replacing the multiple extracted variable portions in the template with concepts and relationships derived from the portions of the first graph that exhibit a structural match to the portions of the second graph.

A method includes determining syntactic differences between a first programming language and a second programming language; determining semantic differences between the first programming language and the second programming language; creating a comparative help list for the first programming language and the second programming language by generating, for each of multiple language elements in the first programming language, an entry for the comparative help list that comprises a correlation of items of content, the items being associated with a given language element of the first programming language to language elements of the second programming language, wherein said correlation is based on (i) the syntactic differences and (ii) the semantic differences; and outputting at least a portion of the comparative help list to a component associated with a user.

A computing device analyzes a new work-item notification using a trained binary classifier that was trained using at least a past and/or current work-item history that was collected as a tuple that includes information reflecting the workitem-ID, actor, timestamp, attribute, work-item start-value, and work-item end-value. The computing device, in response to analyzing the new work-item notification, predicts a classification of the new work-item notification. In an embodiment, the classification is used for display of the new work-item notification.
