The audio advertisements may be targeted based on session data that includes information describing an ongoing IVR session of a user of a mobile device and demographic information of the user. The audio advertisements may include prompts to solicit information from the user during the ongoing IVR session. The targeted audio advertisements may be played, to the user, during the ongoing IVR session.

Promotion of web services through an IVR

Techniques described herein may be used to enable a user to obtain services from multiple organizations in a seamless, automated, and efficient manner. A network device may cause a user device to automatically access a web service by, for example, downloading a mobile application or accessing a web page designed to provide the web service. The network device may automatically identify a second web service that is logically related to the first web service and offer the second web service to the user. If the user accepts the second web service, the network device may cause the user device to automatically access the second web service via a mobile application, a webpage, etc. Identification and authentication issues for accessing the first or second web services may be automatically resolved by network device based on the mobile device number (MDN) of the user device and/or other profile information.

Instant and cohesive user access to diverse web services

A network device sends, to a customer device, real-time customer data for a service campaign running on a service provider network. The network device receives a customer authorization to share the customer data with an agent of the service provider network. The customer authorization includes session context information related to the presentation of the customer data. The network device determines if there are predictive options for the customer data. When there are no predictive options for the real-time customer data, the network device sends, to the customer device, a first feed of the real-time customer data and sends, to the agent device, the session context information and a second feed of the real-time customer data. The session context information enables the agent device to build an instance of the customer data that is similar to a presentation on the customer device, without sharing the customer screen view.

An exemplary method includes a subsidized access management system detecting a request provided by a user of an access device for the user to receive subsidized access to network content, identifying a plurality of user parameters provided by the user and that define a plurality of conditions associated with the subsidized access to the network content and that the user is willing to experience in order to receive the subsidized access to the network content, selecting a sponsor from a pool of potential sponsors and that is willing to sponsor the subsidized access to the network content in accordance with the plurality of user parameters, and providing the user with the subsidized access to the network content by way of the access device in accordance with a subsidized access arrangement between a subsidized access provider and the sponsor. Corresponding systems and methods are also described.

Methods and systems for facilitating subsidized access by a user to network content

The quality at which camera data (e.g., images, video, and/or audio captured by a camera device) is transmitted and/or stored may be adjusted based on the application of analytic techniques. For example, a camera processing device may receive camera data and receive information relating to conditions external to the capturing of the camera data. The camera processing device may control the resolution associated with the camera data based on the information relating to the conditions.

Adaptive camera setting modification based on analytics data

A mobile device executes an application installed on the mobile device to detect transmissions of broadcasted advertising packet data units (PDUs) via a short range wireless protocol. The mobile device receives a first broadcasted advertising PDU via the short range wireless protocol from a first Internet of Things (IoT) device, and the application determines a first geo-location associated with the first IoT device and generates a first timestamp based on receipt of the first broadcasted advertising PDU. The application at the mobile device forwards, via a wireless protocol that is different than the short range wireless protocol, the first broadcasted advertising PDU, the first geo-location, and the first timestamp to a remote data server.

A policy enforcer device may determine a value of multiple controls included on a control device. The multiple controls may be associated with zones of a facility. The policy enforcer device may determine, based on the values of the plurality of controls, relative amounts of bandwidth to allocate, of a total amount of available bandwidth, to the zones of the facility; and control one or more network devices to provide the determined amounts of bandwidth to the zones of the facility.

A content sharing device may receive, from a content providing device, information that identifies content to be shared with a dongle device via a content sharing service. The content sharing device may receive, from the content providing device, information that identifies a contact with which the content is to be shared. The content sharing device may determine, based on the information that identifies the contact, a dongle device identifier. The dongle device identifier may include a network address associated with the dongle device. The content sharing device may provide, to the dongle device and based on determining the dongle device identifier, information that identifies the content. A method, performed by a computer device, may include receiving a request to set up motion detection for a camera. A network device receives a collection of technical steps for implementing a type of service campaign. The technical steps include application programming interface (API) level calls to a service provider network. A server device may receive images of a vehicle from one or more camera devices implemented as part of a home monitoring or home control system and identify, based on the images, an anomaly associated with the vehicle. In some implementations, conditions under which the anomaly occurred may also be determined.

An approach for implementing an illumination device for interfacing with other illumination devices or user devices and for receiving and providing various services. The approach includes providing an interface to an illumination device, wherein the illumination device is configured to include a plurality of modules and wherein the plurality of modules includes at least an illumination module, a networking module, and a short range wireless communication module. The approach also includes receiving an input via the interface for specifying a service associated with the illumination device, wherein the service employs at least one of the illumination module, the networking module, and the short range wireless communication module. Method and apparatus for providing services via a modular smart illumination device

An approach for implementing a vehicle data exchange platform for identifying vehicle sensor data and providing methods for storage and exchange of the sensor data. The approach includes detecting a presence of a vehicle within a predetermined space, wherein the vehicle is configured with one or more sensors for collecting sensor data. The approach also includes configuring one or more sensor interfaces associated with the predetermined space to retrieve the sensor data from the one or more sensors, the vehicle, or a combination thereof. Further, the approach includes processing the sensor data to determine a storage location for the sensor data.
