Described herein is a composition including a) at least one co-polyamide including caprolactam monomer or the corresponding amino acid, at least one aromatic diacid co-monomer and at least one cycloaliphatic diamine co-monomer; b) at least one semi-crystalline polyamide; and c) at least one reinforcing filler. The a) at least one co-polyamide has a crystallization temperature (T) of 150&#xb0; C. or less and the difference between the melting temperature (T) and Tof 50&#xb0; C. or more.

The present invention provides polyamide compositions comprising (a) at least one high chain-length polyamide [polyamide (PA)]; (b) at least one grafted polyolefin [olefin (PO)]; and (c) at least one aromatic diacid [acid (DA)]. The polyamide composition can be advantageously used as a material to be coated on a surface of metal component.

A resin blend composition of a polyamide resin and a polyester resin is described, which includes a polyamide resin, a polyester resin and an epoxy resin. The resin blend composition can have improved compatibility between the polyamide resin and the thermoplastic polyester resin, and therefore mechanical properties (strength, bending strength, elasticity, abrasion resistance, impact strength), chemical properties (solvent resistance), thermal resistance, dimensional stability, and paintability.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least a thermoplastic polyamide resin, a thermoplastic polyester resin, a reinforcing or bulking filler and a fire retardant.
