A gear pump has a pump body, a pump cylinder connected with the pump body, a driving gear and a driven gear meshed with each other and disposed in the pump cylinder, and a rotor driving the driving gear through a driving shaft, and a sealing member. The pump cylinder is located between the pump body and the sealing member. The driving gear is mounted to or integrally formed with the driving shaft. The open end of the sealing member extends out of the outer housing and is sealingly connected with the pump cylinder so as to form a cavity, and the rotor and the driving gear mounted on the driving shaft are received in the cavity and have a coaxiality with the stator.

Gear pump

A gear pump has a pump body, a pump cylinder connected with the pump body, a driving gear and a driven gear meshed with each other and disposed in the pump cylinder, and a motor driving the driving gear through a driving shaft. The pump cylinder is located between the pump body and the motor. The driving gear is mounted to or integrally formed with the driving shaft. A first bearing and a second bearing are disposed on respectively sides of the driving gear, one end of driving shaft is received in the first bearing, and the other end of the driving shaft extends through the second bearing and into the motor and forms a shaft of the motor.

A peristaltic pump includes a driver, a pump body, a hose, a rotor and a connecting member. The driver includes a supporting shaft. The pump body includes a chamber housing the rotor. The hose is assembled to an internal side of a wall of the chamber. The connecting member connects the driver with the rotor, and is received in the chamber. The rotor is configured to sequentially squeeze the hose to cause medium in the hose to flow. The connecting member and the rotor rotate about and are supported by the supporting shaft. The medical peristaltic pump has a simple structure and is easy to operate.

A planetary gear transmission has a gearbox, multiple stages of planetary gears, and an output shaft. Except for the last stage, each planetary gear stage shares a common first internal gear ring. Each stage has a sun gear, a planet carrier, and multiple planet gears. The sun gear of each stage, except for the first stage is integrally formed with or fixed to the planet carrier of an immediately preceding stage. The last stage of the transmission has a second internal gear ring. The planet gears of the last stage mesh with the second internal gear ring. The second internal gear ring includes a support portion, and the output shaft passes through and is rotatably supported by the support portion.

Planetary gear transmission

A hybrid torque transmission mechanism () comprises a torque receiving component () and a torque output component () connected to each other, so that they are able to rotate synchronously. The torque receiving component () is configured to receive power from an electric motor or gearbox (), which is then transferred to the torque output component (), which may contain an output gear () to transfer power to an application. The torque receiving component () is fabricated using powder metallurgy to achieve sufficient tolerance. The torque output component () is fabricated using metal injection molding for high toughness.

Hybrid torque transmission mechanism

A lifter assembly for actuating a needle of an automatic medication delivery device, includes a motor, a speed reduction device driven by the motor, an output shaft driven by the speed reduction device via a rigid transmission device, a driving lever configured to move the needle, the driving lever being connected to and driven by the output shaft, and a sensing device configured to sense the rotation position of the output shaft. The speed reduction device comprises a worm in mesh with a worm gear. The output shaft, the worm gear and the rigid transmission device cooperatively constitute a four-bar linkage mechanism.
