Various embodiments relate to a system for activities of daily living ('ADL') and instrumental activities of daily living (“IADL”) monitoring through electric current profile sensing, the system including an electric current profile sensing module configured to sense electricity usage and capture a current profile of a plurality of devices in a home using a plurality of current clamps, a device usage detection module configured to match the current profile for each of the plurality of devices to a referenced profile for each of the plurality of devices to determine a detected usage for each of the plurality of devices and an ADL and IADL module configured to translate the detected usage for each of the plurality of devices into ADLs and IADLs; wherein the ADL and IADL detection module determines whether a detected usage is a hazardous situation based on ADLs and IADLs.

System for emergency safety warning and risk mitigation

The present disclosure pertains to a system configured to predict a lucidity level of a subject. The system comprises one or more activity sensors configured to generate output signals conveying information related to physical activity of the subject; one or more physiological sensors configured to generate output signals conveying information related to physiological parameters of the subject; a user interface configured to receive information related to a mood of the subject and information related to a cognitive state of the subject; and one or more processors configured to: generate an electronic lucidity model for the subject based on previous physical activity information, previous physiological parameter information, previous mood information, and previous cognitive state information; and predict the lucidity level of the subject based on the electronic lucidity model and one or more of current physical activity information, current physiological parameter information, current mood information, or current cognitive state information.

System and method for predicting lucidity level

The present system is configured to track informal observations by multiple caregivers about a care recipient and provide actionable feedback to the multiple caregivers for managing health of the care recipient based on the informal observations. Informal caregivers are constantly observing the health and/or wellness of care recipients they provide care for. Within families for example, multiple informal caregivers coordinate the care they provide for a care recipient amongst each other to balance the workload. These caregivers observe the same care recipient often on different occasions, from different perspectives, and with varying levels of subjectivity. Keeping an eye out for abnormal behavior by the care recipient, changes in capabilities of the care recipient, and/or potential disease progression, for example, are pieces of data caregivers commonly observe in an informal, rarely structured way.
