Provided is a flight efficiency improving system for a compound helicopter with a rotor and fixed wings. In forward flight of the compound helicopter, the flight efficiency improving system does not perform a cyclic pitch control of the rotor so as to allow a difference in lift generated by the rotor between an advancing side and a retreating side of the rotor, or the flight efficiency improving system performs the cyclic pitch control to an extent that does not completely eliminate the difference. The fixed wings are provided respectively on left and right sides of a body and are asymmetric to each other so that influence of an aerodynamic interference between the rotor and the fixed wings is reduced.

Flight efficiency improving system for compound helicopter

A compound helicopter includes a fuselage, a fixed wing, a rotary wing, and a barrier member. The fixed wing is fixed to the fuselage. The rotary wing is rotatably coupled to the fuselage. The barrier member is attached to a part, of the fuselage, that is above the fixed wing and is between the rotary wing and the fixed wing. The barrier member is configured to generate no lift upon forward flight.

Compound helicopter

A lift-changing mechanism is configured to change generated by a wing of an aircraft and includes a slit and an opening and closing member. The slit extends in a wingspan direction inside the wing and forms openings on the lower surface of the wing and on the upper surface of the wing respectively. A part of airflow below the lower surface is allowed to flow toward the upper surface through the slit. The opening and closing member is configured to open and close the slit. When the opening and closing member opens the slit, lift generated on the wing is decreased compared with when the slit is closed.

Lift-changing mechanism

Provided is a vibration control system for a compound helicopter with a rotor and a fixed wing. The fixed wing includes a movable flap that is mounted on a rear edge of the fixed wing. The vibration control system periodically moves the movable flap so as to periodically change lift of the fixed wing such that vibration aerodynamically generated by the fixed wing is in anti-phase with vibration caused by rotation of the rotor.

Vibration control system for compound helicopter

There is provided a dispensing unit capable of alleviating the load on a dispensing unit and other components at the time of a collision while maintaining the vibration-suppressing function. Also, an automated analyzer having this dispensing unit is provided. The dispensing unit has a dispensing probe, a drive mechanism, an arm member, a first probe holder, a second probe holder, a first support spring, second support springs, and vibration dampers. The second probe holder is supported to the first probe holder so as to be movable vertically and holds the dispensing probe. The second support springs bias the second probe holder against the first probe holder and in combination have a spring constant smaller than that of the first support spring. The vibration dampers are bridged from the arm member to the second probe holder.

An automatic analysis device and method having a BF separation process, wherein the width in a container conveyance direction of a surface facing a reaction container of a magnet for preliminary magnetic collection of a first magnetic generation part () is set to have a length including a region for housing a liquid sample of the reaction container conveyed to a magnetic collection position of the first magnetic generation part. An end in the container conveyance direction of a surface facing the reaction container of a magnet for regular magnetic collection of a second magnetic generation part () is designed to be close to the center of the region for housing the liquid sample of the reaction container conveyed to a magnetic collection position of the second magnetic generation part.

Automatic analysis device and separation and washing method

A measurement container supply device. A supply section transfers the measurement container to the predetermined supply position includes a holding section () that holds the measurement container, and the holding section () has a first groove () that is formed to have a width that corresponds to the outer diameter of a body of the measurement container, and a second groove () that is formed to have a width that corresponds to the outer diameter of a neck of the measurement container. When the holding section () holds the measurement container, the first groove () comes in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the body, the second groove () comes in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the neck, and a step () that is formed by the first groove () and the second groove () comes in contact with a step that is formed by the body and the neck.

Measurement-container supply device

An alignment transfer section () transfers measurement containers () that align along an alignment rail (). A step () of each measurement container () that is formed by a body and a neck comes in contact with an upper side () of the alignment rail (). The alignment rail () is disposed to slope downward toward the end thereof. The alignment transfer section () includes an upthrust plate () that comes in contact with the bottom of the measurement containers () supported by the alignment rail (), and transfers the measurement containers () toward the end of the alignment rail () by causing the upthrust plate () or the alignment rail () to make an upward-downward motion.
