A display apparatus that is configured to prevent conductive patterns in a portion of a display area from being viewed under external light includes: a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area, a semiconductor layer arranged on the substrate, a first pixel circuit arranged on the display area, a first data line arranged on the display area and connected to the first pixel circuit, a second pixel circuit arranged on the peripheral area, a second data line arranged on the peripheral area and connected to the second pixel circuit, and a data connection line arranged between the substrate and the semiconductor layer and connecting the first data line to the second data line.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus includes a first transistor including a first semiconductor layer and a first electrode that at least partially overlaps the first semiconductor layer. A first capacitor includes the first electrode and a second electrode that at least partially overlaps the first electrode. A second capacitor includes the second electrode and a third electrode that at least partially overlaps the second electrode. A first data line is configured to transfer a data voltage therethrough. First and second scan lines are configured to transfer first and second scan signals therethrough, respectively. A second transistor connects the first data line to the second electrode in response to the first scan signal. A third transistor connects the first electrode to a drain of the first transistor in response to the second scan signal.

Display apparatus including overlapping elements

A unit pixel includes a circuit structure, first and second wiring patterns, an interlayer insulating layer, a planarization layer, and a light emission structure. The first wiring pattern disposed on the circuit structure has a first bump structure. The interlayer insulating layer covers the circuit structure and the first wiring pattern. The second wiring pattern disposed on the interlayer insulating layer overlaps the first wiring pattern and has a second bump structure. The planarization layer covers the interlayer insulating layer and the second wiring pattern and includes a via-hole exposing at least a portion of the second wiring pattern. The light emission structure contacts the second wiring pattern through the via-hole. The first and second wiring patterns and the interlayer insulating layer form a capacitor, the light emission structure includes an OLED, and the capacitor is directly connected to an anode of the OLED.

Unit pixel and organic light emitting display device including the same

A thin film transistor substrate may include a base substrate, a semiconductor member, a gate electrode, a first insulation layer, and a source/drain electrode. The semiconductor member may overlap the base substrate. The gate electrode may overlap the semiconductor member and may be insulated from the semiconductor member. The first insulation layer may be positioned on the gate electrode and may include a first contact hole. The source/drain electrode may include a first discharge hole, may be electrically connected to the semiconductor member, and may be at least partially positioned inside the first contact hole. The first discharge hole may partially expose the semiconductor member.

Thin film transistor substrate and related display device

A display device includes a display panel and at least one electronic component connected to the display panel. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area disposed around the display area on a plane. The non-display area has a first bending line and a second bending line intersecting the first bending line. The display panel includes a circuit layer and a display element layer including display elements. The circuit layer is disposed in the display area, disposed on a different layer than pixel circuits, and electrically connects the at least electronic component and the driving circuit.

A pixel circuit to be connected to a data line and first and second power supply lines includes a light emitting element connected between the first power supply line and the second power supply line; a driving transistor to control a current flowing from the first power supply line to the second power supply line through the light emitting element according to a voltage of a first node; a first switching element connected between the first node and a second node; a second switching element connected between the second node and a third node; a first capacitor connected between the first power supply line and the first node; and a second capacitor connected between the second node and the data line.

A display module including a display panel, a supporting member, a first circuit board, and a light blocking member. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area. The non-display area is bent. The supporting member includes a first surface overlapping the display area; a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a third surface configured to connect the first surface to the second surface. The first circuit board faces the second surface and is electrically connected to the non-display area. The light blocking member contacts a bent area of the non-display area.

Bendable display apparatus

A display apparatus includes: a first area; a first bent area outside the first area, the first bent area being bent about a first bending axis; and a second bent area outside the first area, the second bent area being adjacent to an edge of the first area extending in a direction crossing the first bending axis, and being bent about a second bending axis that is parallel with an imaginary line extending in a direction crossing the first bending axis.
