The present invention relates to a fluororubber molded article obtained by subjecting a fluororubber composition to crosslinking by irradiation of ionizing radiation, wherein the fluororubber composition comprises: (i) a raw rubber having a metal element content of 1.5% or less and comprising a tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer; and (ii) a prepolymer of triallyl isocyanurate. Also disclosed is a method for producing the fluororubber molded article.

An elastomer sealing material having low dielectric constant and low dielectric dissipation, which is satisfactory with both of resistance to oxygen plasma and non-adhesion to quartz and can be applied to apparatus utilizing microwaves, is disclosed. The plasma-resistant fluorine-based elastomer sealing material comprises a fluorine-based elastomer having a divalent perfluoropolyether or divalent perfluoroalkylene structure in the main chain thereof and having two or more hydrosilyl groups and addition-reactive alkenyl groups in the terminals or side chains thereof, and a polymer having two or more hydrosilyl groups in the molecule and being capable of addition reacting with the alkenyl groups, the fluorine-based elastomer being crosslinked with the polymer.

Plasma-resistant fluorine-based elastomer sealing material

In order to provide a spiral wound type gasket, in which centering of the gasket body is easy and a good sealing property at a low superficial pressure can be obtained, the spiral wound type gasket is constructed by winding a metal hoop member having an approximately V-shaped cross section and a filler member in a spiral, superposed on each other. In this gasket, an extremity bent portion of the V shape of the hoop member is directed towards the inner peripheral side and in this way it is possible to obtain a good centering and to prevent bulge-out of the filler member towards the interior of the pipe.
