A vehicle passenger protecting device includes: a side airbag installed at least in a vehicle transverse direction outer side end portion of a headrest of a vehicle seat, and configured to, due to gas supplied at a time of a side collision, inflate and expand toward a vehicle front side at least at a vehicle transverse direction outer side of a head of a passenger seated on the vehicle seat; and a curtain airbag that is installed in at least a roof side rail of the vehicle, and that inflates and expands toward a vehicle lower side due to gas being supplied thereto at a time of a side collision of the vehicle. The side airbag for a head is configured so as to inflate and expand only in a case in which a seatback of the vehicle seat has been reclined by a predetermined angle or more.

Vehicle passenger protecting device

An airbag device includes an inflator that is installed in an upper part of a vehicle seat, and that generates gas in an event of a vehicle collision, an airbag to which the gas from the inflator is supplied, and is inflated and deployed from the upper part of the vehicle seat toward a front side of the vehicle seat, and a diffuser that distributes the gas to the airbag. The diffuser includes a connecting portion that is connected to the inflator, and a plurality of branching portions that each branch from the connecting portion and connect to the airbag. The diffuser includes a silencing portion in at least the branching portions. The silencing portion reduces sound pressure of the gas.

Airbag device and occupant protection device

An airbag device has an airbag. The airbag has a front-rear chamber and an airbag main body. The front-rear chamber has a left and right pair of front-rear extending portions that pass by respective left and right sides of a head of a passenger and inflate and deploy toward the seat front side, and a connecting portion connecting front end portions of the pair of front-rear extending portions in a seat left-right direction. The airbag main body inflates and deploys toward a side of the passenger at a seat rear side of the connecting portion, later than the front-rear chamber. The airbag main body has a downward-force applying portion that applies force directed toward a seat lower side to the airbag at a time when the passenger is restrained by the airbag.

An airbag device includes: an inflator generating gas at a time of a collision of a vehicle; and an airbag to which the gas is supplied, and that inflates and expands from a seat rear side of an upper portion of a vehicle seat toward a seat front side, and slips-through between a ceiling of a vehicle cabin and a head of a passenger seated in the vehicle seat. Occupant protection auxiliary device

An airbag device includes an airbag that is supplied with gas generated by an inflator during a vehicle collision and that inflates and deploys from a rear side of a vehicle seat toward a front side via an upper side. In an inflated and deployed state, the airbag includes a pair of front-rear chambers extending in a seat front-rear direction via left and right sides of a head of a passenger, an airbag body that is in communication with the pair of front-rear chambers and that is disposed at a front side of the passenger between the pair of front-rear chambers, and a pair of rear tethers including one-end portions attached to the airbag body and other-end portions attached to a seatback of the vehicle seat. At least a rear tether on a side door side is configured so as to be releasable after a collision of the vehicle.

A seatbelt device, including: a seatbelt formed in a belt shape; a tongue plate through which the seatbelt has been inserted; a buckle that is provided at one side in a seat width direction of a vehicle seat, with the tongue plate being attachably and detachably anchored to the buckle; and a belt-end anchor section that is provided at another side in the seat width direction of the vehicle seat, and that includes a separation operation portion, with an end portion of the seatbelt being anchored to the belt-end anchor section and the end portion of the seatbelt becoming separable as a result of an occupant of the vehicle operating the separation operation portion during a vehicle emergency.

Seatbelt device

An airbag device including an airbag that inflates and deploys from a seat rear side of a vehicle seat toward a seat front side via a seat upper side. In an inflated and deployed state, the airbag includes a pair of front-rear chambers extending in a front-rear direction via left and right sides of a head of a passenger, an airbag body that is in communication with the pair of front-rear chambers and that is disposed at a seat front side of the passenger between the pair of front-rear chambers, and a pair of rear tethers including one-end portions attached to the airbag body and other-end portions attached to a seatback. At a time of restraint of the passenger, the airbag body is pulled by the rear tethers obliquely rearward and downward such that the front-rear chambers press shoulders of the passenger from a seat upper side.

A seat control device includes a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to, based on a selection by an occupant of a vehicle, select a video display area for displaying a video from among a plurality of video display areas provided at the vehicle, determine an adjustment amount corresponding to the determined video display area for a vehicle seat provided in the vehicle, and, via a modulation section, modulate a position and posture of the vehicle seat based on the determined adjustment amount of the vehicle seat.

A lower limb restraint airbag device, including: an airbag that is configured to be inflated and deployed toward a knee and a shin of a passenger seated in a vehicle seat by gas ejected from an inflator, and to make contact with at least the knee; a reaction force plate that is configured to be pulled out to a seat front side of the airbag in conjunction with inflation and deployment of the airbag; and a lock mechanism that is configured to block movement toward a seat front side of the pulled out reaction force plate.
