A wiring module is attached to a plurality of power storage elements, and includes: a flexible printed circuit board; and a protector holding the flexible printed circuit board, wherein the flexible printed circuit board includes a base film, a plurality of conduction paths that are disposed on a surface of the base film, and a connector that has an opposing surface opposing the surface of the base film and that is connected to the plurality of conduction paths, the plurality of conduction paths and electrode terminals of the plurality of power storage elements are electrically connected, the connector includes connection portions that are connected to the plurality of conduction paths, and at least some of the plurality of conduction paths are routed from the connection portions through a space between the surface of the base film and the opposing surface of the connector.

Wiring module

A wiring module is attached to an electricity storage element group including a plurality of electricity storage elements aligned. The wiring module includes: a plurality of busbars connected to electrodes of the plurality of electricity storage elements; and an insulating protector that is insulating, holds the plurality of busbars, and is attached to a case containing the electricity storage element group. The insulating protector has a positioning portion engaging with the case.

An external connection bus bar to be connected to a storage element group having a plurality of storage elements and having an output electrode terminal for outputting electric power to an external circuit includes a main body portion to be connected to the output electrode terminal, an external connection terminal to be connected to an external circuit, and a circuit board connection portion to be soldered to a bus bar land provided on the circuit board. The external connection terminal is provided between the main body portion and the circuit board connection portion.

External connection bus bar and wiring module

A wiring module is to be attached to a battery cell stacked body in which a plurality of battery cells having an electrode terminal and being elongated in a front-rear direction are arranged in a horizontal direction, and is electrically connected to the battery cells, the wiring module including: a bus bar that is connected to the electrode lead; an FPC that is connected to the bus bar and extends in the front-rear direction; and a protector that holds the bus bar and the FPC, wherein the FPC includes: a plurality of extension parts that extend in the front-rear direction; an intersection part that extends in the horizontal direction; and a bending part, the extension parts are respectively coupled to two end portions of the intersection part in the horizontal direction, one of the extension parts includes the bending part in the vicinity of the intersection part.

Provided is a connection module for electrically connecting a plurality of power storage modules having a plurality of power storage elements, the connection module including: connection module-side wires; a bus bar that electrically connects the adjacent power storage modules; and an insulation protector having: an arrangement groove which extends along a first direction and in which the connection module-side wires are arranged; and a bus bar holding part that holds the bus bar. The bus bar has: a main body part that extends in the first direction; and extension parts that extend from the main body part in a second direction that intersects with the first direction, and the extension parts are disposed to extend over and across the arrangement groove.

A connection module includes an insulation protector including a bus bar holder holding a bus bar. The insulation protector includes connection units. The connection units include two end connection units at two ends of the insulation protector, and intermediate connection units that are between the two end connection units. The two end connection units are connection units having a same structure, and one of the end connection units is relatively rotated by 180 degrees in a plan view with respect to another one of the end connection units, and each of the end connection units is connected to a corresponding intermediate connection unit.

Connection module

An external connection bus bar holding module includes: a first external connection bus bar, a second external connection bus bar, a first protector portion that holds a first electrode connection portion of the first external connection bus bar, a second protector portion that is arranged at an interval from the first protector portion and holds the first external connection portion of the first external connection bus bar, and an intermediate protector portion. The intermediate protector portion is located between the first protector portion and the second protector portion and holds an intermediate portion of the first external connection bus bar between the first protector portion and the second protector portion.

External connection bus bar holding module and battery connection module

In a connection module attached to a single battery group from a first direction, a detection terminal connected to an electrode terminal of the single battery group includes: a body portion made of a metal plate material formed in an approximately rectangular plate shape; and a projection portion in a plate shape connected to a base edge of the body portion and having a plate surface intersecting with a plate surface of the body portion. An insulation protector of the connection module includes a holding portion holding the detection terminal in a posture in which the plate surface of the body portion is orthogonal to the first direction. The holding portion includes a locking piece. A lower surface of a claw portion provided at the lower end of the locking piece locks the plate surface of the body portion and restricts the movement of the detection terminal in the first direction.

Connection module for a power storage group of plural power storage elements

A connection structure () is provided for connecting electrical storage element groups (), each of which is formed by connecting electrical storage elements () having electrode terminals () in series, side by side. The electrical storage element groups () are connected electrically by connecting a connecting member () for connecting adjacent electrical storage element groups () to a first electrode terminal (A) and a second electrode terminal (B). The first electrode terminal (A) is arranged on one end part of one electrical storage element group () and on the side of the adjacent other electrical storage element group () and the second electrode terminal (B) is the electrode terminal () arranged on another end part of the other electrical storage element group (B) opposite to the one end part of the one electrical storage element group (A) and on the side of the adjacent one electrical storage element group (A).

Connection structure for electrical storage element groups

A support member is for supporting a conductive member such as an electrical wire and is for installation in an automatic transmission, and includes a main body portion made of a resin and plates that are made of a metal and are to be fixed to the body of the automatic transmission via bolts. The main body portion has attachment portions to which the plates are attached, and elastic lock portions that project within the attachment portions and have elasticity capable of restricting removal of the plates from the attachment portions.

Support member

A bus bar that requires less installation space, and can reliably position and hold an electric wire. An electrical wire is to be connected to a bus bar, and the bus bar is to be joined to an electrode terminal of an electricity storage element. The bus bar includes: an electrical wire connection portion that is constituted by a member included in the bus bar, is provided in an end portion of the bus bar, and to which an end portion of the electrical wire is to be connected. The electrical wire connection portion includes a core wire connection portion to which a core wire of the electrical wire is to be connected; and a positioning and holding portion that is configured to position the electrical wire in a direction (a direction indicated by an arrow Z) that is orthogonal to an axial direction of the electrical wire in plan view, and to hold the electrical wire.

Bus bar and connection module provided with the bus bar

A wiring module is for attachment to a power storage element group in which multiple power storage elements are arranged in a line. The wiring module includes an insulating protector having an electrical wire holding portion that holds electrical wires that detect the state of the power storage elements, and a bending member that is provided at a position connected to the electrical wire holding portion, and has a hinge that is bent in a direction that intersects the electrical wire holding portion. The electrical wires are fixed to the bending member. The bending member has a locked portion that is locked to the insulating protector in a state of being bent by the hinge.

Wiring module and method for producing wiring module

A wiring module includes connecting members for electrically connecting electrode terminals of adjacent power storage elements, an insulating protector for accommodating the connecting members and an insulating cover for covering the insulating protector. The insulating cover is configured by arranging a plurality of division covers. At least one of the division covers is formed with an overlapping portion to be overlapped with an adjacent one of the division covers.

A cell connection assembly includes a first unit holding one side in a connection direction of a long connection member, and a second unit holding the other side in the connection direction of the long connection member. The first unit and the second unit are configured to be slidable and movable with respect to the long connection member in the connection direction of the long connection member. Even when there is a dimensional error between a plurality of electric cells and the cell connection assembly attached thereto, positions of the first unit and the second unit relative to each other can be changed with the long connection member in response to the dimensional error.

Cell connection assembly

Adjacent coupling units of a plurality of coupling units are slidably coupled via connecting members in a connection direction of the connecting members. Of the plurality of coupling units, one coupling unit of adjacent coupling units that are not coupled to each other via the corresponding connecting member includes an extension portion that is extended toward another connecting member that is different from the connecting member that couples the one coupling unit. The extension portion holds the other connecting member.
