With employment of two images acquired by imaging an imaging object at two different positions and also parameters of a camera under imaging operation at these positions, both the imaging positions with respect to an origin, and also positions of the imaging object with respect to both the imaging positions are obtained as three-dimensional vectors. With employment of the calculated three-dimensional vector of the imaging position with respect to the origin and also the three-dimensional vector of the imaging object position with respect to the imaging position, the imaging object position with respect to the origin is mapped as the three-dimensional vector.

Image processing apparatus for moving camera

The present invention relates to a method of identifying object images displayed in a camera image, the method comprising the step of, comparing a predetermined point mapped in the camera image in a spherical polar coordinates with a position of the camera as an origin, with a plurality of cursor windows including the object images respectively in the camera image, in which vertexes and center point of each window are mapped in the camera image in a spherical polar coordinates with a position of the camera as an origin, so that an object included in a cursor window corresponding to the predetermined point is identified.

Method of identifying a position of object in camera image

An arrangement in a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus for producing image data of an object being examined. The object is subjected to magnetic fields and RF pulse signals which produce echo signals. The echo signals which represent views of the object are detected. Data collecting circuitry selectively performs a data collection process on the detected echo signals to produce collected data such that, for those echo signals of a relatively small strength, part of the data collection process is suppressed and, for those echo signals of a relatively great strength, the data collection process is performed a plurality of times under identical operating conditions. A data processor processes the collected data to produce view data such that, for the echo signals for which the data collection process has been suppressed, interpolation data is produced and, for the echo signals for which the data collection process has been performed a plurality of times, a summing and averaging operation is performed on the collected data. The data processor combines the interpolation data with the summed and averaged data thereby producing view data. An image constructor performs a Fourier transform on the view data thereby constructing image data.

Magnetic resonance imaging apparatus

When a two-dimensional Fourier transform is used, a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus has a first arithmetic unit for executing the Fourier transform in a first dimension in the repetition time interval immediately after each data acquisition or in parallel with the data acquisition, and a second arithmetic unit for executing the Fourier transform in a second dimension after all the data has been acquired. When a three-dimensional Fourier transform is used, the apparatus has a first arithmetic unit for executing the Fourier transform in a first dimension in the time interval immediately after each data acquisition or in parallel with the data acquisition, a second arithmetic unit for executing the Fourier transform in a second dimension immediately after the data acquisition of one matrix in the phase encoding direction, and a third arithmetic unit for executing the Fourier transform in a third dimension after all the data are acquired.
