The present invention aims at limiting the pressure loss and smoothly discharging water treated by ion exchangers to the outside of the apparatus. Ion exchanging apparatushas outer vesselthat has inner space; and ion exchanger supportthat separates at least a part of inner spaceinto upper spaceand lower spaceand that can support ion exchangers to be loaded in upper space. At least a part of an upper surface of the ion exchanger support is made from at least one screen which supports the ion exchangers and which has a flow path allowing water treated by the ion exchangers to flow into the lower space

Ion exchanging apparatus

A filtration and demineralization apparatusincluding a vesselin a form of a body of revolution; a hollow columnar bodythat is located in an internal space of the vessel, one endof the columnar body being connected to an inner surface of the vesselalong an entire circumference of the end, and the other endof the columnar body forming an opening; and a partition platethat is connected to the other endof the hollow columnar body along an entire circumference of the other end, the partition plate being configured to separate an inside space or an outside space of the hollow columnar bodyas an independent space in the vessel. The partition platehas a circulation portthat allows water that is to be treated to pass therethrough. The independent space in the vessel that is separated by the partition plate functions as a filtration chamberin which filter elements are loaded, and the inside space or the outside space of the hollow columnar body that is not separated as the independent space by the partition plate functions as a demineralization chamber, the water that was treated in the filtration chamber being adapted to enter the demineralization chamber through the circulation port

Composite filtration and demineralization apparatus

A condensate filtering device of the present invention comprises a simulation unit which is able to simulate operating conditions being the same as operating conditions of a main body of an actual condensate filtering device and sample a hollow fiber membrane easily. The condensate filtering device comprises a unit evaluating properties of a hollow fiber membrane provided with a main body of the condensate filtering device containing a first hollow fiber membrane module in which filtration of condensate and air scrubbing washing are repeated, and equipped with a column containing a second hollow fiber membrane module having a hollow fiber membrane which is the same kind as the hollow fiber membrane of the first hollow fiber membrane module; and a line introducing the condensate for unit which is a branched line from a line introducing the condensate directing to the main body of the condensate filtering device and introduces the condensate into the unit evaluating the properties of the hollow fiber membrane.
