An X-ray photography device capable of visualizing the operating state or position of a support unit in an image system during examinations with memory switches and enhancing the operability of the memory switches is provided. When a plurality of memory switches-is operated, target rotation information corresponding to the memory switches are read from a target rotation information memory unit, and a C-arm is controlled to rotate, so as to make actual rotation information consistent with the target rotation information. The memory switches-are respectively arranged in association with rotation directions and rotation angles to designate specific storage areas in the target rotation information memory unitcorresponding to the directions and angles. During the rotation control or when the actual rotation information is consistent with the target rotation information, the corresponding display lamp (one of display lamps-) of the operated memory switch is turned on.

X-ray photography system

The radiographic X-ray device according to this invention is constituted in such a way that positional relation detecting unitdetects in real time the information regarding the positional relations between X-ray imaging systemsandthat thoroughly represents the overall current status of the positional relations of external surfaces of both X-ray imaging systemsandwhere collisions between first and second X-ray imaging systemsandmay occur, that the information regarding the positional relations detected by positional relation detecting unitis taken into consideration in controlling the motions of X-ray imaging systemsand, and that the current status of the positional relations of external surfaces of both X-ray imaging systemsandcan be thoroughly and accurately reflected upon the motions of X-ray imaging systemsandwithout any difficulty, so that any collisions of X-ray imaging systemsandcan be avoided without fail.

Radiographic X-ray device

A switching mechanism is configured such that a lower limb radiographic filteris moved inside a radiation field of the X-rays that is an opening portion of an X-ray movable restriction only when radiographing a region of a subject from the groin to the toe, or the filter is moved outside the radiation field when radiographing the lumbar region of the subject. With this switching mechanism thus constituted, it is possible to lighten a burden on the operator, and realize the X-ray radiographic apparatus having high universality.
