A continuously variable transmission device includes an input shaft, an output shaft, an input roller, an output ring, a transmission ring, a plurality of planetary rollers including a first conical portion externally contacted to the input roller and internally contacted to the output ring and a second conical portion internally contacted to the transmission ring, a movable holder which holds the plurality of planetary rollers to be capable of rotating about each rotating axis line and revolving about the center axis line, and a loading cam mechanism (CM, CM) which generates a thrust load. The input roller, the output ring, and the transmission ring are formed so that each face being contacted to the planetary roller is formed to have a convex curved face. The planetary rollers are supported by the movable holder so that an inclination angle of a rotation axis line against the center axis line is variable.

Continuously variable transmission device

A continuously variable transmission includes an input shaft rotatably supported in a housing; a first speed change unit and a second speed change unit, provided within the housing and disposed facing each other symmetrically with respect to a plane normal to the axial direction of the input shaft, to continuously vary the speed of rotation of the input shaft using traction force; an output rotating gear supported to be able to rotate freely about the input shaft so that the rotation of the output rotating gear is synchronized with the rotation which has been varied in speed by the first speed change unit and the second speed change unit; and an output shaft. The torque of the input shaft can be doubled by the two speed change units while continuously varying the speed, and the thrust loads generated in the axial direction of the input shaft cancel each other out.

Continuously variable transmission

A planetary roller transmission device has a rotatable input shaft and an output shaft on the same axis, a plurality of planetary rollers which are rollable around the outer periphery of a sun roller provided on the input shaft, an output ring which is provided integrally with the output shaft, inside which the planetary roller roll, and a shift ring which is provided to be movable in only along the axis and with which the planetary roller internally and rollably contacts. The position at which the sun roller contacts the planetary rollers by pressing the planetary rollers in an outer direction is located between a first position at which the output ring contacts the planetary roller, and a second position at which the shift ring contacts the planetary roller. The planetary roller transmission device also has an axial direction pressing member which moves along the axis due to a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the input shaft.

The length in the direction of movement of a magnet is effectively used for position detection without using a gap of a stator, where the magnet moves, as a magnetic path. According to a proportion of the slider (), having a magnet (), that enters into a region where the slider is movable with a predetermined gap maintained between the stator () made from a magnetic body, a magnetism sensor () provided at a stator () detects the position of a slider (). A magnetic flux leakage prevention member () prevents leakage of magnetic flux caused by that portion of the magnet () that has not entered in the region.

Non-contact position sensor

The magnetic position sensor comprises a permanent magnet piece, a first stator and a second stator arranged, opposite to each other, on an outer circular arc surface of the permanent magnet piece. A Hall element is arranged between the first stator and the second stator. An armature arranged is on an inner circular arc surface of the permanent magnet piece. Only the permanent magnet piece is formed in the rotor so as to integrally rotate, thereby detecting a rotation angle of the rotor.

Magnetic position sensor

A structure for connecting a rotating shaft to a rotary sensor, includes a first stator having two magnet-facing sides disposed on an arc and spaced apart, a second stator having one magnet-facing side and disposed between the two magnet-facing sides, a hall element disposed between the first and second stators, a moving magnet having different polarities and disposed along the outside arc of the three magnet-facing sides, and a rotor having the moving magnet. The rotating shaft is loosely fitted in a fitting holeof the rotor. The rotating shaft is supported in the fitting hole by a pin, and a clearance-maintaining member maintains the distances between the moving magnet and the first and second stators constant. The rotary sensor can detect angles accurately even if misalignment occurs between the center of the rotor and the center of the rotating shaft.

A non-contact position sensor including a first stator having two magnet facing sides, a second stator having one magnet facing side aligned with the two magnet facing sides along a locus, a hall element between the first and second stators, and two magnets located next to each other along the locus opposite the three magnet facing sides so as to move freely along the locus. When configured as a rotary sensor, an arbitrary angle of usage can be set. When configured as a linear sensor, a magnet can be made thick without increasing leakage of magnetic flux.

Non-contact position sensor having specific configuration of stators and magnets

The fuel injection device for injection carburetors comprises a slow fuel control unit consisting of an air pressure regulator and a fuel pressure regulator, and a main fuel control unit consisting of another air pressure regulator and another fuel pressure regulator. The slow fuel control unit and the main fuel control unit have a common fuel feeding passage, and the former fuel control unit is arranged at a location downstream the latter fuel control unit. This feel injection device has a broad control range and high control accuracy, is manufacturable at a low cost and is capable of maintaining initial performance thereof for a long term.

Fuel injection device for injection carburetors

The fuel injection device for injection carburetors is provided with a single fuel control unit for injecting a fuel into a suction tube in quantities corresponding to flow rates of air to be drawn into the suction tube, a slow negative pressure passage communicating with a depression chamber of the fuel control unit, a diaphragm valve for opening a main negative pressure passage to communicate the depression chamber with the main negative pressure passage when the air suction rate exceeds a predetermined value, and another diaphragm valve operable to close a slow jet and open a main jet when the air suction rate exceeds the predetermined value. This fuel injection device is simple in the structure thereof, manufacturable at a low cost and has high fuel control accuracy.
