A shovel type game machine is adapted to pick up articles on a display platform. The game machine has a resiliently deformable bucket, and a bucket drive device for supporting the top of the bucket for tilting movement. The bucket drive device causes the bucket to perform its shoveling operation while tilting the bucket forwardly with a given force. The shoveling operation is performed by moving the pivot center of the bucket downwardly. Thus, the bucket can be resiliently deformed to move its tip below the articles.

Shovel type game machine

A main conveyor belt endlessly conveys articles to be displayed. A side conveyor belt guides said articles in the direction of conveyance. Said main conveyor belt is disposed along an endless conveyance path having a plurality of corners, and said side conveyor belt is disposed along the outer periphery of said main conveyor means and in a direction in which the plane of conveyance of said side conveyor belt intersects the plane of conveyance in said main conveyor belt.

Displaying and conveying apparatus and game machine using the same

The present invention provides an image synthesizing system for forming a synthesized image by superimposing two images one on another through a half mirror. The image synthesizing system includes a half mirror located in an optical path extending toward a display section; a diorama disposed in one of the transmissive- and reflective-side optical paths and having at least one movable part; and a video display disposed in the other of said transmissive- and reflective-side optical paths such that the video scene of said video display will be superimposed over the image of said diorama through said half mirror. The video scene is superimposed over the image of the diorama to form a synthesized scene such that the video scene is variable in combination with the motion of the movable part in the diorama.
