Provided is a tool bracket capable of tilting a spindle body even when a moment load acting on the spindle body is relatively small. A tool bracket includes: a housing including a cylinder chamber extending along a cylinder axis; a piston urged by compressible fluid toward distal end to reciprocate in the cylinder chamber and having an action portion disposed at distal end; and a tilting body having a tilt axis and disposed in the cylinder chamber in a tiltable manner with respect to the cylinder axis, and includes a centering portion disposed at basal end to abut the action portion, the centering portion presses the piston with the cylinder axis as an action line when the tilt axis is tilted from the cylinder axis.

Provided is a tool bracket in which a spindle body is inserted and the spindle body can be smoothly tilted. The tool bracket includes a housing including a cylinder chamber extending along a cylinder axis; a tilting body having a tilt axis configured to tilt about a tilt center, the tilting body to which a spindle body is attachable, the tilting body tiltable with respect to the cylinder axis; a rotation stopper member extending in a radial direction from the tilt axis, the rotation stopper member disposed in the tilting body; and a receiving groove extending along the cylinder axis, the receiving groove arranged in the housing.

The present disclosure provides a deburring apparatus and a deburring method that does not require a positioning engagement part that is engaged with a fixed part of a machine tool. The deburring apparatus () includes a housing () with a shank (), a transmission rod (), a recovery rod (), a tilting shaft (), a spring (), a holder (), and a rotary-to-rectilinear motion conversion mechanism () with a plunger (). The spring forces the recovery rod toward the tilting shaft. The holder for fixing the cutter () is arranged on the tilting shaft in a manner rotatable through a predetermined rotation angle. The rotary-to-rectilinear motion conversion mechanism separates the first flange portion from the second flange portion and brings the plunger into contact with the recovery rod on the tilting axis () when the holder rotates in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the shank ().

A deburring tool includes: a case; a hollow sleeve that reciprocates inside the cylinder in a non-rotating manner; a drive gear disposed inside the sleeve, includes a first tooth, and rotates together with the case and the sleeve; a reciprocating shaft disposed inside the sleeve, including a driven gear disposed at a basal end portion of the sleeve and a basal end side of the drive gear, the driven gear including a second tooth, a tool holder disposed at a distal end portion of the sleeve, and slides inside the sleeve in a rotational and reciprocating direction, and a stem that fixes the driven gear and the tool holder, and penetrates the drive gear, a first spring that urges the sleeve toward distal end direction; and a second spring that urges the tool holder from the drive gear toward distal end direction.

A deburring tool for stable processing is provided. The deburring tool includes a cylindrical housing; a spindle loosely fitted and supported to be tiltable with respect to an axis of the housing, the spindle having a rotatable attachment portion for detachably attaching a cutting tool at a distal end; a pressed member arranged to the spindle; a piston slidably disposed inside the housing, the piston configured to press the pressed member toward the distal end; an elastic member configured to urge the piston toward the distal end; a separate ring arranged between the piston and the elastic member; and a flow path for supplying a compressible fluid between the separate ring and the piston.

The tool includes a mandrel rotatable relative to the workpiece and includes a polygonal member, and a frame that is cylindrical and fitted onto the mandrel in a rotatable manner and has an axis extending in an axial direction of the mandrel and holds a plurality of first rollers and a plurality of second rollers rollable on an outer peripheral surface of the mandrel. The polygonal member rotates the plurality of second rollers to move inward and outward in a radial direction of the frame.
