An icing detector includes an aircraft structure, an exposed member, an optical fiber sensor, and a measuring device. The exposed member is coupled to the aircraft structure and is exposed to an outside of the aircraft structure. The optical fiber sensor is coupled to the exposed member and is covered by one or both of the aircraft structure and the exposed member. The measuring device is configured to measure light received from the optical fiber sensor.

Icing detector

An optimal-route generating system for generating an optimal route for achieving a predetermined state relative to a target includes a route candidate generator and an optimal route generator. The route candidate generator is configured to generate a plurality of route candidates for allowing a first craft to reach a predetermined state relative to the target after a predetermined elapsed time period from a current state of the first craft by changing the acceleration of the first craft among a current position, speed, and acceleration of the first craft. The optimal route generator is configured to generate the optimal route by selecting a route candidate with an optimal evaluation result based on an evaluation function from among route candidates, included in the plurality of generated route candidates, not deviating from a predetermined limitation and unlikely to collide with another object including either one of a ground and the target.

Optimal-route generating system

A behavior prediction system includes an information obtainer, a probability distribution model generator, a map generator, and a display. The information obtainer obtains information on a traveling direction of a moving object whose behavior is to be predicted. The probability distribution model generator generates a probability distribution model regarding a traveling direction of the moving object based on the information on an obtained traveling direction of the moving object. The map generator uses the probability distribution model to calculate probabilities that the moving object passes through respective areas into which a movable region of the moving object is divided and that generates a probability map in which the probabilities are assigned to the respective areas. The display displays the probability map.

Behavior prediction system

A flow control system includes a movable wing attachable to a wing of an aircraft, and a plasma actuator mountable on a surface of the movable wing. The flow control system is configured to control air flow around the wing by having the changing of the steering angle of the movable wing work in conjunction with the operation of the plasma actuator.

A flying training support system includes: a flight condition generator that generates a simulated flight condition of a virtual another aircraft; a relative position derivation unit that derives a relative position of the virtual other aircraft based on the simulated flight condition and a real flight condition of the own aircraft; a display controller that displays an indicator indicating the virtual other aircraft at the relative position of the virtual other aircraft on a transmission display; a variation amount derivation unit that derives a simulated variation amount by which the own aircraft would vary due to flight of the virtual other aircraft, based on the simulated flight condition and the relative position of the virtual other aircraft; and a flight controller that actually varies the own aircraft so as to make the own aircraft in a state where the own aircraft varies by the simulated variation amount.

Flying training support system

There is provided a flight control system including a virtual path setting unit, a first evaluation unit, a path determination unit, and a flight controller. The virtual path setting unit is configured to set a plurality of virtual paths other than a current path of an aircraft at a prescribed timing. The first evaluation unit is configured to evaluate envelope protection of each of the current path and the plurality of virtual paths. The path determination unit is configured to determine a path among the current path and the plurality of virtual paths, based on an evaluation result of the envelope protection. The flight controller is configured to control flight of the aircraft based on the determined path.

Flight control system

A sealant discharging apparatus includes a sealing gun, a movement controller, and a discharge controller. The sealing gun discharges sealant to an object. The movement controller causes the sealing gun and the object to move relatively. The discharge controller controls a discharge amount of the sealant discharged from the sealing gun. The movement controller controls a movement velocity of the sealing gun based on a volume of post-sealing sealant that has been discharged from the sealing gun and used to seal the object, and an amount of volume change in a sealant pool that has been discharged from the sealing gun and is yet to be used to seal the object.

An automatic landing apparatus for an aircraft includes: an altitude sensor; an airspeed sensor; an attitude angle sensor; a direction sensor; a position sensor; a landing command inputting section; and a control device, including: an approaching flight control section for realizing an approaching flight along a predetermined path by controlling a propulsion device and a control surface, in response to a landing command; a flare control section for controlling the propulsion device to provide a minimum output and controlling the control surface to perform a flare when the altitude of the aircraft becomes less than a predetermined landing altitude; and a landing run control section for realizing a landing run by controlling the propulsion device to maintain the minimum output and controlling the control surface to maintain the attitude angle and the traveling direction of the aircraft when the airspeed of the aircraft becomes less than a predetermined landing speed.
