A package includes a first side, a second side and a hinge. As the first side and the second side pivot around the hinge, the first side and the second side make transition between a closed state and an opened state. The first side includes a first fitting portion in a projecting shape, a rigid portion provided in a partial section on a line that goes around the first fitting portion, and a first weak portion provided in a remaining section on the line that goes around the first fitting portion and being lower in rigidity than the rigid portion. The second side includes a second fitting portion in a recessed shape and fitted to the first fitting portion in the closed state and a second weak portion provided on a line that goes around the second fitting portion and being lower in rigidity than the rigid portion.

Package

A pre-filled syringe includes: a cylindrical container, a front end-side gasket; a rear end-side gasket; an intermediate gasket partitioning an inside of the cylindrical container into a front chamber and a rear chamber; a plunger; a medical drug contained in the front chamber, and a liquid drug contained in the rear chamber. In a state where the plunger is pushed in, a bypass portion included in the cylindrical container faces a groove portion provided in the intermediate gasket, thereby allowing communication between the front chamber and the rear chamber therethrough, so that the medical drug and the liquid drug are mixed, and a liquid mixture is discharged. The pre-filled syringe further includes a movement limiting mechanism for limiting movement of the plunger such that a tail end of the rear end-side gasket does not reach the bypass portion.

Pre-filled syringe

A syringe includes a barrel, a plunger, an injection needle, and an injection needle safety instrument. The injection needle safety instrument has a base portion fixed to the barrel, a cover portion which can cover a pointed end of a needle tube of the injection needle, and a hinge portion which pivotably couples the base portion and the cover portion. The cover portion is constructed to be pivotable between a first position at which the cover portion is held to the base portion as a first locked portion is locked by a locking portion of the base portion and a second position at which the cover portion covers the pointed end of the needle tube and is held to the injection needle as a second locked portion is locked to the same. The cover portion is tilted toward the barrel in the first position.

Syringe and injection needle safety instrument

Provided is an exposure-preventing cap of a novel and simple structure that, by being mounted on a vial, can more reliably inhibit leaking of drug solution to an outside when pulling out and collecting drug solution in a syringe from the vial. An exposure-preventing cap, which is mounted on a mouth of a vial sealed with a rubber stopper, wherein a puncturing hole is formed in a center part of a cap-shaped housing that is attached to a mouth of the vial, and a rubber membrane is arranged at the puncturing hole so as to form an internal space between facing surfaces of the rubber membrane and the rubber stopper. The rubber membrane has a dome shape that is convex facing the rubber stopper.

To provide a drug solution preparing kit which can be handled with ease in a substantially aseptic manner, and has no risk that a leakage of a drug solution such as a splash and a dispersion of an aerosol to an ambient environment occurs upon preparation of the drug solution There is provided a drug solution preparing kit including a pre-filled syringe and a transfusing tool, wherein the pre-filled syringe includes a sealing member which seals the tip end and can not be removed from the tip end, and that the transfusing tool includes a one-way valve which can discharge only gas from the system in an irreversible manner, and a filter which is provided so as to adjoin to the second communication channel with respect to the one-way valve.

Drug solution preparing kit

A drug solution transferring device that can suppress dispersion of a toxic drug solution to a surrounding environment is provided. The drug solution transferring device includes a barrel provided with an opening, and a connection tool for connection to the barrel. The barrel includes an elastic member for closing the opening. The elastic member is formed of a plurality of membranes overlaid together. The membrane has a projection projecting into the barrel. The connection tool includes a first needle having a sharp tip end. The first needle has a liquid hole extending in an extending direction of the first needle. When the needle penetrates through the projection of the membrane, an inside and an outside of the barrel are in communication with each other through the liquid hole to allow transference of the drug solution between the barrel and the connection tool.

When the syringe accommodating pseudo-drug M is connected to the instrument and the plunger is moved forward (pseudo-priming), the pseudo-drug M flows into a pouch and the pouch inflates (FIG.()), and if the plungeris pulled back from this condition, the pouchdeflates and the pseudo-blood B flows back from the pouchto the syringe(flashback) (FIG.(C)).

The prefilled syringe filled with a drug in advance, leaking of liquid from the cap is prevented, gas barrier properties are given to the whole of the barrel filled with the drug and the shoulder section so that degradation of the drug is prevented, permeation of microbial contaminants is prevented to a high extent, and efficiency of packing as a compact container can be increased. The prefilled syringe includes a guard-shaped extension projecting from the outer periphery of a shoulder section of the syringe barrel on the nozzle side, and a range from a part where a gasket of the plunger is positioned on the outer surface of the syringe barrel filled with the drug to the guard-shaped extension is covered with barrier packaging.

The inventors perfected the present invention upon finding that a conventional fecal sampling stick is given a hollow structure that has openings a certain distant apart, permitting in aspiration through the capillary tube phenomenon. A transfer needle assembly including a cap-like outside guide member; a tubular inside guide member; and a puncture member. The puncture member has a tip fitting portion at a proximal end and a puncture needle at a distal end. The inside guide member can slide along an inner wall of a skirt portion of the outside guide member from a position where a distal end of the needle is receded in the inside guide member, to a position where the distal end of the needle projects outside of the inside guide member. At the position where the distal end of the needle is receded in the inside guide member, the outside guide member and the inside guide member are engaged so as to be incapable of sliding, with the engagement being releasable by inserting a mouth portion of a vial into the inside guide member.
