A resin bracket for fixing an onboard device to a window glass employed in a vehicle. The bracket includes plural bracket pieces, each configured to be adhered to the window glass, a coupling portion configured to couple together adjacent bracket pieces of the bracket pieces so as to allow relative movement therebetween, and an engaging portion provided at each of the bracket pieces so as to enable plural engagement portions provided at the onboard device to engage with the respective engaging portions.

Bracket and onboard device attachment structure

A hinge device includes a base member, a lid member connected to the base member via a hinge structure having a hinge pin and a bearing hole loosely receiving the hinge pin. The base member is provided with a first abutting portion adjacent to the hinge structure, and the lid member is provided with a second abutting portion adjacent to the hinge structure so that the lid member can rotate relative to the base member from an open position to a closed position, the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion being configured to abut each other in a direction orthogonal to an axial line of a hinge axis of the hinge structure when an angle formed by the first member and the second member is within a first angular range preceding the closed position.

Hinge device

A locking device includes a lever turnably provided relative to a lid member, and switched from an initial state to an operating state against an urging force or self-weight; a lock rod sliding in association with turning of the lever; and a braking device. The locking device locks the lid member in a main member side through the lock rod, and switches the lid member to be unlocked by turning of the lever. The braking device is a rotation damper including a braking shaft with a gear, and placed to approximately conform to a turning center of the lever relative to the lever to damp the lever and the lock rod. The rotation damper includes an operation gear disposed to engage the gear of the rotation damper, associate the gear with sliding of the lock rod, and rotate the gear in a direction opposite to the turning of the lever.

Locking device

A storage device includes a box-shaped case having an opening; an opening/closing body opening and closing the opening; a guide device extended along a predetermined straight line on a side wall of the case; a slider supported in the guide device slidably along the straight line; an arm extending from the opening/closing body, supported in the slider rotatably around a predetermined axis line, and having a first gear around the axis line; and a rack extended in the side wall parallel to the straight line, and engaged with the first gear. When the opening/closing body rotates around the axis line relative to the case, the first gear and the rack are engaged with each other so that the opening/closing body moves along the straight line together with the slider.

Storage device

A clip includes a clip body, and a pin inserted into the clip body. The clip body includes a main body head portion having a through-hole for inserting the pin, a leg portion extending from the head, and an elastic engaging piece elastically deformable, and projecting outward from the leg portion. The pin includes a pin head portion provided with a tool-engaging portion engaging a tool for a rotational operation, and a pin shaft portion having small and large diameter portions. The main body head portion includes an inclined surface inclined from one end side toward another end side in an axial direction of the through-hole. The pin includes a guide portion slidingly contacting with the inclined surface. When the pin rotates inside the clip main body, the pin advances and retracts between a first position allowing an inward elastic deformation and a second position controlling an inward elastic deformation.

Clip for fixing two members

A lock device includes a housing; a pair of rods disposed slidably in a linear direction relative to the housing, and switched between a lock position separated from each other, and a release position approaching each other; and an operating member allowing the rods to be switched from the lock position to the release position by changing from an initial state to an operating state. The lock device engages/disengages opening/closing members with/from a main member through the rods, and is formed by the housing, the rod, the operating member, a connection member urging the rods in a connected state in a direction of separating the rods from each other, and an urging member disposed between the housing and the operating member and serving as a swaying resistance of the operating member when switched from the operating state to the initial state through an urging force of the connection member.

Lock device

A glove compartment includes a case main body; a lid body connected to the case main body by a hinge; and a lock mechanism locking the lid body to the case main body at a closed position relative to the case main body. The lock mechanism includes a fixation claw fixed to the lid body; and a movable claw slidably attached to the case main body. When the movable claw is located in an engagement position engaged with the fixation claw, the lid body is locked to the case main body. When the movable claw slidingly moves to a release position disengaging from the fixation claw, the lid body can be opened. A shielding wall is provided, which partially shields the movable claw relative to an outside when the lid body is located at the closed position, so as to prevent a theft of housed articles.

Glove compartment

A clamp for attaching a pipe with a narrow width portion to a support member, includes a first member including a first concave portion adapted to be connected to the support member; and a second member whose base end is hinge-connected to the first member and whose front end is selectively engaged with the first member. The second member includes a second concave portion facing the first concave portion and defines a housing portion receiving the narrow portion together with the first concave portion in a state wherein the front end is engaged with the first member. The first concave portion and the second concave portion support the narrow portion in a posture wherein the first radial direction is orthogonal to a direction in which the first member and the second member face each other, and abut against a portion in the first radial direction of the narrow portion.

Clamp

A clamp which is capable of being temporarily fastened relative to a cable is provided. The clamp is for fixing a cable to a vehicle body panel wherein a locking hole is formed. The clamp includes a base member including a groove portion having a bottom portion which can abut against at least one portion of an outer circumferential portion of the cable, and a leg portion which can engage with the locking hole; and a clamping member supported in the base member to be capable of being displaced between a temporarily fastened position and a completely fastened position, and demarcating a housing space, which can house the cable, between the bottom portion. An outer shape of the clamping member is structured such that the clamping member is displaced from the temporarily fastened position to the completely fastened position so as to reduce the housing space.

An urging device is interposed between a first member and a second member. The urging device includes a supporting base formed on the first member, an abutting body including turning axes supported rotatably on the supporting base, and elastically contacting the second member, and an elastic member held in the abutting body and urging the abutting body by one end thereof in an elastically contacting direction. The supporting base includes bearing portions supporting the turning axes, and a locking portion locking the other end of the elastic member.

Urging device

A pipe clamp, for installing a filler pipe on a vehicle body panel having a locking hole, includes a base member, a lid member, and a pin member. The base member is arranged on the vehicle body panel and includes a pin hole, a plurality of leg piece parts placed projecting from a perimeter edge part of the pin hole and capable of projecting into the locking hole, and pipe holding parts. The lid member is provided rotatably on the base member, and locks to the base member when rotated to a closed position covering the pipe holding parts. The pin member is held in the pin hole displacing the leg piece parts outwardly in a radial direction of the pin hole to engage the leg piece parts in the locking hole. The lid member has an access hole exposing the pin member to the outside when in closed position.

When an insertion portion of a clip is inserted into a through hole and passes through the through hole, lug portions revert toward their original shape, and the top faces of the lug portions are contactable with peripheral edge portions of the through hole. An operation lever is inserted into a fixing hole of a body panel in this state, and after passing through the fixing hole, the operation lever reverts toward its original shape, and the operation lever is contactable to peripheral edge portions of the fixing hole. An operation portion is tilted from this state, and a lock bar is engaged with a lock groove. Movement of the operation lever is thereby restricted, and a housing is fixed to the body panel.
