[Object] To provide a durable liquid-sealed mount that allows a relative displacement between a stud and a housing, i.e., large strokes, has good cushioning properties, has good damping properties by inhibiting cavitation from generating even if high frequency vibration is introduced, and can still absorb small amplitude and high frequency vibration. [Solving Means] A liquid-sealed mountis attached between a first member and a second member for controlling vibration introduced to the first member or the second member and includes a cup-shaped housing, a stud, a cap member, a diaphragm, highly viscous liquid, air, a movable damping plate, and a support member. The support memberis positioned between a lower end of the studor the movable damping plateand the diaphragmand transmits a load in a compression direction applied to the studto the diaphragm

Liquid sealed mount

The liquid seal type fluid-filled mount comprises a cup-shaped housing () having a flange (A) provided with a mounting hole; a stud () disposed along a central axis of the cup-shaped housing so as to be positioned in a central opening of a fixed damping unit; a flexible seal cap () sealing fluid-tight between the upper end of the stud and the cup-shaped housing; a high viscosity liquid () for being filled in a chamber formed by the cup-shaped housing () and the flexible seal cap (); a movable damping plate () mounted to a lower end of the stud (); a fixed damping unit () being fixed between the flexible seal cap () and the movable damping plate () and placed in the high viscosity fluid; and a spring () disposed between a bottom of the cup-shaped housing () and the movable damping plate ().

The liquid seal type fluid-filled mount comprises a cup-shaped housing () having a flange (A) provided with a mounting hole; a stud () disposed along a central axis of the cup-shaped housing so as to be positioned in a central opening of a fixed damping unit; a flexible seal cap () sealing fluid-tight between the upper end of the stud and the cup-shaped housing; a high viscosity liquid () for being filled in a chamber formed by the cup-shaped housing () and the flexible seal cap (); a movable damping plate () mounted to a lower end of the stud (); a fixed damping unit () being fixed between the flexible seal cap () and the movable damping plate () and placed in the high viscosity fluid; and a spring () disposed between a bottom of the cup-shaped housing ()and the movable damping plate ().

Vibration isolator mount

A fluid-filled mount using an elastic body and a viscous fluid to obtain a great damping force has for its object to facilitate the filling of the viscous fluid and to considerably improve the sealability, and comprises a case having a mounting plate with mounting holes and fixing claws together with a cup, a cylindrical case having a mounting plate with mounting holes together with a cylinder, a stud having an axial through hole for viscous fluid filling and also having a tapped hole provided in one end of its axial through hole and a damping plate fixed to its other end, and an elastic body having the said cylindrical case embedded in it and the said stud secured in its center hole.
