A compression molding device, which can obtain a high compression molding force without lowering the efficiency of article production, and whose molding means has a long service life, is provided. In the compression molding device, a one-side mold assembly moving means () includes a toggle link mechanism including two links () and (), and a toggle link mechanism operating means (), while an opposite-side mold assembly moving means () includes a hydraulic cylinder mechanism. When a one-side mold assembly () and an opposite-side mold assembly () are to be brought from an open state into a closed state, the one-side mold assembly () is first moved to a nearly closed state by the one-side mold assembly moving means (), and then the opposite-side mold assembly () is moved from the nearly closed state to the closed state by the opposite-side mold assembly moving means ().

Compression molding device

A metal cap in which a linear to be held to a cap body and separable from the cap body can be formed by a series of operations for forming the cap body and press molding the liner. The liner of the metal cap has a double-layer structure including a barrier layer on a top panel wall side and a sealing layer on the inner side of the cap body, and the barrier layer is temporarily bonded to the top panel wall with a weak adhesive at the time of molding the barrier layer and separated from the top panel wall by the natural cooling of the barrier layer after molding.

Manufacturing method for metal cap

A container lid is configured such that repeated movement of a grip piece and a connecting piece of the lid will not break the connecting piece so that the lid can be removed easily. An extension section extends upwardly from an upper end of the connecting section along an inner peripheral surface of a skirt wall of the lid. A method for manufacturing a cap, which can insert a sheet member easily into a predetermined position of an upper part inside a cap body, without causing deformation to the sheet member or the cap body. The sheet member does not separate when a container is brought to reduced pressure. An annular protruding portion protruding on a lower surface side is formed in an annular flat region of a sheet member of an inside plug. After or at the same time that the sheet member is inserted into and installed at a predetermined position within a cap body, the annular protruding portion is pressed axially toward a top panel wall and deformed so as to become close to a flat shape, to enlarge the outer diameter of the sheet member. The inside plug is thereby held to be inseparable from inside a skirt wall and to be axially movable.

Method for manufacturing cap

A synthetic resin container closure does not render required initial torque and required secondary torque for unsealing excessively high, and but can fully reliably prevent slipping-out, a phenomenon where a locking device ascends while elastically climbing over a locking jaw portion, without causing breakage of a circumferential breakable line, at the time of unsealing. Such a synthetic resin container closure and a combination of the synthetic resin container closure and a container are provided. An inverted truncated cone-shaped fitting surface extending upwards at a radially outward incline from the base edge of an upper surface of the locking device is disposed in the inner peripheral surface of a tamper evident bottom section demarcated below the circumferential breakable line formed in a skirt wall.
