A method for producing a delamination container, wherein the delamination container includes an outer layer body constituting an outer shell of the container and an inner layer body that is laminated on an inner side of the outer layer body in a manner such that the inner layer body is peelable from the outer layer body. The inner layer body comprises an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, and is deformable to undergo volume reduction and the outer layer body includes an outer layer body's inside sub-layer that is located adjacent to the inner layer body and that is made of a polypropylene resin and an outer layer body's outside sub-layer that is located on an outer side of the container relative to the outer layer body's inside sub-layer and that is made of a polyethylene resin. The method comprises a process to form the delamination container by co-extruding resins in a molted state to prepare a cylindrical laminated parison and blow molding the prepared laminated parison.

Delamination container

A dispenser for aerosol containers includes: a nozzle; and a cover including an operating portion. One of the operating portion and the nozzle includes a sliding portion capable of depressing the nozzle to a predetermined depression position together with a plurality of stems while sliding on a slid portion provided at an other one of the operating portion and the nozzle to a termination, with a depression operation on the operating portion. A vibration generation portion that generates vibration as a result of entry of the sliding portion is provided at the termination of the slid portion.

Dispenser for aerosol containers

A laminated bottle formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom includes: an outer layer; and a flexible inner laminated onto an inner surface of the outer layer and being separable from the inner surface. A bottom section of the outer layer positioned at a bottle bottom portion is provided with: an intake slit allowing outside air to be imported into a space between the outer layer and the inner layer, and a projecting part projecting inward of the laminated bottle. At least part of the projecting part extends in a cross direction crossing a direction in which the intake slit extends, and the projecting part is arranged next to the intake slit in the cross direction.

A double container includes an outer layer body constituting an outer shell; an inner layer body including an upper opening communicating with a containing space, accommodated in the outer layer body, and deformable to undergo volume reduction; an inside plug including a tubular wall extending toward the containing space, a spherical body serving as a valve body being disposed inside the tubular wall; and a dispensing plug fitted to a mouth portion of the outer layer body and including a dispensing tube connected to the tubular wall. The tubular wall includes an inclined wall having a diameter decreasing toward the containing space and configured to abut against the spherical body over an entire circumference and including a protruding wall protruding from the inclined wall to the containing space. The protruding wall includes a liquid holding member holding a pool of liquid medium of the content formed below the spherical body.

Double-walled container

A laminated bottle formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom includes: an outer layer; and a flexible inner layer laminated onto an inner surface of the outer layer and being separable from the inner surface. A bottom section of the outer layer positioned at a bottle bottom portion is provided with a holding rib pinching and holding the inner layer. A part of the outer layer is provided with an intake hole allowing outside air to be imported into a space between the outer layer and the inner layer, and the holding rib is provided in each of a pair of areas which are disposed within the bottom section at an interval such that a bottle axis is interposed between the areas in a bottle radial direction.

The laminated bottle formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom includes: an outer layer; and a flexible inner layer laminated onto an inner surface of the outer layer and being separable from the inner surface. A bottom section of the outer layer positioned at a bottle bottom portion is provided with: a holding rib pinching and holding the inner layer; an intake hole disposed at a position different from the holding rib and allowing outside air to be imported into a space between the outer and inner layers; and a surrounding wall surrounding the intake hole and extending outward of the bottle in a bottle axis direction.

A discharge container includes a container main body having an inner container and an outer container, and a discharge cap, a suction hole configured to suction external air to a space between the inner container and the outer container is formed in the outer container, the discharge cap includes an air valve configured to switch between allowing and blocking communication between the outside of the discharge cap and the suction hole, and a discharge film elastically deformable to close the discharge port, and a slit is formed in the discharge film. As the discharge film is elastically deformed according to an increase in the pressure inside the inner container, the slit is widened and opened to open the discharge port.

The technical problems of this invention are to overcome a limitation in the aspect of the shape of conventional synthetic resin double containers comprising an inner container and an outer container and to solve a problem of additional steps required to assemble the outer and inner containers. A principle means taken to solve these problems comprises a double container made by a direct blow molding process wherein a space is formed between the outer layer and the inner layer made of synthetic resins that are mutually non-adherent, thus allowing both layers to be left in a detached state due to a difference in mold shrinkage factors between the two layers during the direct blow molding step.

A two-fluid dispenser capable of reducing odor, even when one of two fluids dispensed in foam has pungent odor. The dispenser includes: a first and a second dispenser container each including an upper surface from which a stem protrudes and is configured to dispense a fluid therein in foam in response to the stem depressed; and a dispenser tool fixedly fitted over the containers. The dispenser tool includes a dispenser head communicating with the containers and including a nozzle, so that when the dispenser head is depressed, the fluids are dispensed from the containers through the nozzle. The dispenser head includes a fluid guide mechanism to guide the fluids from the containers to be dispensed in foam through the nozzle such that the fluids have a layered pattern in which a first fluid layer is at least partly covered by a second fluid layer.

Two-fluid dispenser

The invention is aimed at preventing bottom crack from occurring in a peelably laminated plastic container and maintaining the container stably in good in-use condition. This can be achieved by increasing the anti-peeling strength of a pair of rib strips, with which the bottom rib is formed, in the bottom seal that has been obtained by pinching off the parison at the bottom and molding the parison into a blow molded, peelably laminated plastic container. The bottom sealof a blow molded, peelably laminated containeris reinforced by a pair of rib stripswhich are pressed to each other to form the bottom rib. A multiple number of cavitiesare formed in the bottom ribin such a way that the rib stripon one side is pushed toward, and caved into, the rib strip on the other side at several points, and vice verse. An expanded portionis formed in the ceiling of each cavity. As a result, an undercut engagement portionis formed along the contact faces of both rib stripsso that anti-cracking bottom strength of the bottom seal is enhanced.

Blow molded container

A comb-carrying container is designed for applying substance by sequential action. The container has a hollow comb with a shaft, and a cap-like member formed at the lower end of the shaft, and a laminated container body consisting of an outer layer and an inner layer peelable therefrom and having an opened neck portion, to which the cap-like member is fitted, such that the liquid in the container may be discharged from the teeth of the comb through the shaft. In the present invention, the shaftand the cap-like memberis separated each other, and a pump cylinderis depending from the cap-like memberto the laminated container body, and a stemis depending from the shaftinto the pump cylinder. A cylindrical pistonis attached at the lower end portion of the stem.

The technical problem of this invention is to create check valve mechanisms of a simple configuration. Thus, the object of this invention is to provide a discharge container maintaining high productivity, showing good squeeze operation, and having improved outer appearance. The above technical problem and the object of this invention are solved and achieved by a discharge container comprising: a squeezable containerhaving an outer layeran inner layerlaminated with the outer layera container neckdisposed on top of the containerand used as the flow pathfor the contents, and an air intakeused to introduce outside air into the void between the outer layerand the inner layeran applicatorhaving an applying mechanism and discharge holesfor discharging the contents, and having discharge passagecommunicated with the neckthe second check valve mechanismthat acts to open or close the flow pathso as not to allow the backflow of the contents and the entry of outside air; a base cuphaving a bottom of its own, a cylindrical wallwhich is fitted around the bottom cylinderand an air holethat introduces outside air into air intakeand the first check valvewhich is assembled with and fitted to the base cupso as to allow outside air to pass through the air intakebut not to allow the backflow of introduced air.
