A tea bag type extraction bag to obtain extraction liquid includes bag main body formed of water permeable filter sheet, pair of thin plate-like members provided on outer surfaces of two opposing faces of bag main body; and extraction material filled in bag main body. Respective outer surfaces of bag main body, thin plate-like member includes upper edge portion attached to upper part of bag main body, gripping portion continuous with upper edge portion via fold line and extends from fold line toward lower edge of bag main body, and leg portion extending from upper edge of bag main body toward lower edge of bag main body. Upper edge of upper edge portion is flush with upper edge of bag main body, and gripping portion is able to be folded upward along fold line so that leading end part thereof projects from upper edge of bag main body.

Extraction bag

The thin plate-like memberincludes a pair of elongated regions(opposed to each other) sandwiching a central bonded portionof the first memberA from its left and right sides that are provided astride the first memberA and the second memberB and are pulled out from the bag main body, and a vertical folding line Lvalong which the elongated regionscan be pulled out. This extraction bagis a tea bag type extraction bag filled with an extraction material such as ground coffee and capable of allowing the bag main body to be easily sunk into the hot water or moved up and down.

A drip bag including a bag body having an upper end to be opened and two opposing surfaces, and a pair of hook members provided on outer faces of the opposing surfaces and spaced apart from vertical side edges of the bag body. Each of the hook members including an upper stuck part adhered along an opening of the bag body, a center part located below the upper stuck part, and a hook part not adhered to the bag body. For each of the hook members, a pair of oblique folding lines are formed on the upper stuck part, and a vertical folding line is formed downwardly from a lower end of each oblique folding line, whereby, in use, at least the oblique folding lines and the vertical folding lines cause the outer faces of the bag body to protrude outward from a bottom end of the bag body.

Drip bag

A drip bag with hook members adhered to the outer surfaces of two opposing-face sheets of a bag body is configured to increase the area of an opening of the bag body and stabilize the shape of the opening. A drip bag has a body formed of a water-permeable filtering sheet, an upper end to be opened, and hook members formed of a thin plate-shaped material and provided on outer surfaces of two opposing-face sheets of the bag body. The hook member includes: an upper-stuck part adhered to the bag body along the opening; a center part below the upper-stuck part at the center in the width direction thereof and formed so as not to be pulled out from the bag body; and a hook part not adhered to the bag body. First oblique folding lines and second oblique holding lines are formed on the upper-stuck part by respective angles.

A drip bag has a body formed of a water permeable sheet, an openable upper end, and hook members formed of a plate-shaped material on outer faces of two opposing body surfaces. The hook member includes: an upper stuck part adhered to the body along its opening in an elongated shape; a center part located below the upper stuck part at the body center in its width direction not to be pulled out; and a hook part not adhered to the body. Two oblique folding lines are formed on the upper stuck part with a center line therebetween, and being more spaced from the center line while extending from a lower to an upper portion of the upper stuck part, the center line bisecting the body in its width direction. A vertical folding line is formed downwardly from immediately below a lower end of the oblique folding lines.

The present invention provides a nonwoven fabric sheet for use in extraction filters having high sealing strength and extraction filters manufactured using the nonwoven fabric sheet. The nonwoven fabric sheet includes a first layer including a spunbonded nonwoven fabric formed from a polyester-based resin having an IV value of 0.60 to 1.00, a crystallinity of 30% to 80%, a crystalline orientation of 60% to 95%, and a birefringence (&#x394;n) of 0.040 to 0.100 and provided with a partial thermocompression bonding section whose thermocompression bonding area rate is in the range of 5% to 30%, and a second layer including a meltblown nonwoven fabric formed from a polyester-based resin blown onto a surface of the first layer and solidified to have a crystallinity of 0% to 14%. The extraction filters are formed by sealing by welding the nonwoven fabric sheet with the second layer of the sheet placed inside.

A thread material cutting device is provided which is used in an extraction bag sheet manufacturing apparatus. The thread material cutting device has tension application means such as a pressing plate configured to engage with the thread material placed between adjacent tags so as to apply tension to the thread material. While the welding means is press-heating the thread material onto the tags, the tension application means applies tension to the thread material so as to cut the thread material.

A drip bag having a bag body and a holder which is formed from a sheet material and is adhered to the bag body. The holder is folded into two parts, a front surface and a rear surface, on a center fold line, and the center fold line overlaps a lateral side of the bag body. V-shaped fold lines bent in V-shapes and extending from the open edge of the drip bag toward the bottom direction thereof are formed in regions on the side of the center fold line of the front surface and the rear surface of the holder. In addition, overhanging parts, which have concave portions for hooking, are formed in a manner that allows them to be pulled open on both the left and right sides of the lower end of each of the front surface and the rear surface of the holder.

A drip bag is devised so that the good taste of coffee made by a conventional paper drip system can be obtained using a simple construction, and so that the drip bag can be set easily and securely on the cup even in cases where the thickness of the walls of the opening part of the cup is large. The drip bag includes a bag main body which is made of a water-permeable filtering sheet material and which has an opening part in the upper end portion of said bag main body, holding members which are made of a thin sheet-form material and which are disposed on the outside surfaces of two opposite sides of the bag main body, and reinforcing parts which are made of a thin sheet-form material and which are pasted to the outside surface of the bag main body around the peripheral parts of the holding members. Each of these holding members is formed from a tongue part which is pasted to the outside surface of the bag main body, an arm part which is located on the periphery of the tongue part, which is continuous with the lower end of the tongue part and which is formed so that said arm part can be pulled out from the bag main body, and a peripheral edge part of a specified shape, which is located on the periphery of the arm part and which is continuous with the central portion of the upper end of the arm part.
