A mobile crusher includes: a crusher that crushes raw material; a discharge conveyor being disposed on a downstream side of the crusher to discharge the material crushed by the crusher; an engine that serves as a driving source at least for the crusher and the discharge conveyer; a fuel injection quantity controlling unit that controls a speed of the engine; a crusher pressure sensor that determines a change in a load of the crushed material in the crusher; and a pressure sensor that determines presence or absence of the crushed material to be discharged on the discharge conveyor. When the crusher pressure sensor determines that the load on the crusher is reduced and the pressure sensor determines that the crushed material is not present on the discharge conveyor, the fuel injection quantity controlling unit lowers the speed of the engine to a decelerated speed.

Self-propelled crushing machine and method of controlling the same

A mobile crushing system is for crushing inputted objects and dropping the crushed objects directly into an ore path. The mobile crushing system includes a crusher vehicle on which a crushing device for crushing the objects is mounted and which includes carriers, and a feeder vehicle on which a transfer device for transferring the objects to the crushing device and which includes carriers. The crusher vehicle and the feeder vehicle travel independently and include a crusher-side connecting portion and a feeder-side connecting portion that are connected to each other. During crushing operation, the ore path is interposed between the crusher vehicle and the feeder vehicle in the front-rear direction.

Self-propelled crushing system

A mobile crusher includes: a crusher for crushing raw materials; a discharge conveyor provided on a lower stream of the crusher for discharging the raw materials crushed by the crusher; a work implement provided on an upper stream of the crusher for producing the crushed materials; a conveyor sensor and conveyor pressure comparing unit for determining whether the crushed materials to be discharged are fed on the discharge conveyor or not; a crusher pressure sensor and crusher pressure comparing unit for determining whether the raw materials are present in the crusher or not; and a flow rate controller for controlling the speeds of the crusher, discharge conveyor and work implement based on determination results of the conveyor pressure sensor, conveyor pressure comparing unit, crusher pressure sensor and crusher pressure comparing unit.

Mobile crusher

A mobile crusher includes: a crusher having a fixed jaw and a swing jaw and adjusting an outlet gap between lower ends of the fixed jaw and the swing jaw, the crusher crushing raw materials by swing movement of the swing jaw toward the fixed jaw and discharging the raw materials crushed by the crusher from the outlet gap to produce crushed materials; a work implement disposed on an upper stream or a lower stream of the crusher to produce the crushed materials; and a controller that controls a work implement speed of the work implement depending on the outlet gap.

A compact and light-weight jaw crusher, in which life span of parts enduring abrasion is long, and an outlet clearance of a crushing chamber is easily adjusted, is provided. For this purpose, the jaw crusher includes a stationary jaw ( ) fixedly provided at a frame ( ), a movable jaw ( ) which is provided to oppose the stationary jaw and attached swingably with an eccentric drive shaft ( ), a movable jaw load receiving section ( ) attached to the frame, and a coupling joint ( ) which is a connecting member for connecting a lower portion of the movable jaw and the movable jaw load receiving section and swingably connects the lower portion of the movable jaw and the movable jaw load receiving section.

An outlet clearance adjustment mechanism of a jaw crusher, which is small in size, simple in structure, and capable of reducing outlet clearance adjusting time, is provided. A self-propelling crushing machine comprises a machine body ( ) provided with a travelling body ( ); a hopper ( ), a feeder ( ), a selective feeder ( ) and a crusher ( ) which mounted to the machine body; a conveyer ( ) disposed below the machine body; and a controlling device for independently controlling the feeder, the selective feeder, the crusher and the conveyer, wherein the feeder conveys a material to be crushed in the hopper to the selective feeder, the selective feeder selects the material to be crushed conveyed by the feeder so as to fall down soil, shingle and the like and convey large rock to the crusher, and the conveyer discharges the selected soil, shingle and the like and material pieces crushed by the crusher.
