A dental adhesive composition may exhibit high bond strength, e.g., initial bond strength and bond durability, to sandblasted zirconia. Such a dental adhesive composition may include (A) a dihydrogen phosphate monoester group-containing polymerizable monomer of formula (1): and Rmay be H or a methyl group, and Xand Xmay be an optionally substituted, linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 8 to 16 carbon atoms. The hydrocarbon group of Xand/or Xmay have a hydrocarbon chain comprising an —O—, —S—, and/or a phenylene group.

Adhesive composition for dental use

The present invention provides a non-solvent dental adhesive composition exhibiting high initial bond strength and high bond durability to a tooth structure (wet matter) and a high dentin cohesive failure rate on a tooth structure (wet matter) and being substantially free of water and an organic solvent. The present invention relates to a non-solvent dental adhesive composition comprising: an acid group-containing polymerizable monomer (A); a hydrophobic polymerizable monomer (B) having no acid group; and a water-soluble photopolymerization initiator (C) having a solubility of 10 g/L or more in water at 25&#xb0; C.

The present invention provides a dental adhesive composition that, even after photocuring with a high-output LED irradiator, shows high bond strength not only for dentin untreated by phosphoric acid etching but also for dentin treated by phosphoric acid etching. The present invention relates to a dental adhesive composition comprising a phosphoric acid group-containing polymerizable monomer (A), the phosphoric acid group-containing polymerizable monomer (A) comprising: a dihydrogen phosphate monoester group-containing polymerizable monomer (A-1) represented by general formula (1); a hydrogen phosphate diester group-containing polymerizable monomer (A-2) represented by general formula (2); and a phosphoric acid tetraester group-containing polymerizable monomer (A-3) represented by general formula (3).

The present invention relates to providing a dental curable composition that, when cured, has high metal ion release ability and highly durable physical properties. The dental curable composition of the present invention includes: a sugar compound having an &#x2014;XM group, where &#x2014;X is an acid anion group and M is a metal cation; and a curable component.

Kit for adhering biological hard tissues

A method for inhibiting dentinal hypersensitivity by applying a dentinal hypersensitivity inhibitor on a dentin surface. The dentinal hypersensitivity inhibitor contains at least one tetracalcium phosphate particle, an alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid, and at least one acidic calcium phosphate particle. The tetracalcium phosphate particle has an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 40 &#x3bc;m. The dentinal hypersensitivity inhibitor contains a blended amount of the tetracalcium phosphate particle of 5 to 55 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of a whole amount of the dentinal hypersensitivity inhibitor and a blended amount of the alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid of 1 to 100 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the tetracalcium phosphate particle.
