A wire harness includes electric wires, a curvature restricting member and an exterior member. The curvature restricting member includes a strip-like connecting portion and a plurality of pieces and is capable of being curved in orientation that the connecting portion is arranged inside and the pieces are arranged outside. In an inverse orientation, curvature of the curvature restricting member is limited by adjacent pieces abutted onto each other. The curvature restricting member is oriented such that a width direction of the connecting portion is a vertical direction and the connecting portion is positioned outside in a vehicle width direction with respect to the pieces when a sliding door is fully-closed. The connecting portion includes a portion with high flexibility and a portion with low flexibility, and a portion in vicinity of the sliding door has higher flexibility than a portion at a first end side of the curvature restricting member.

Wire harness and power supply device having the same

An object of the present invention is to provide a power supply device that suppresses deformation of an exterior member. A power supply device is an apparatus for supplying power from a vehicle body to a sliding door. The power device includes: an exterior member, a vehicle-body-side holding portion for holding one end of the exterior member, and a door-side holding portion for holding the other end of the exterior member. The power supply device further includes: a connecting portion that can connect and disconnect the vehicle-body-side holding portion and the door-side holding portion while bending the exterior member in a state in which the vehicle-body-side holding portion holds the one end of the exterior member and the door-side holding portion holds the other end of the exterior member.

Power supply device

A curvature regulating member includes a plurality of member pieces to be arranged along a wire harness and a flexible connecting part connecting adjacent member pieces. The adjacent member pieces are configured to contact each other, thereby regulating curvature of the wire harness on an X-Y plane. Each member piece includes a recessed part recessed toward a direction away from an adjacent member piece on one side, and a second protrusion configured to be inserted in the recessed part provided on an adjacent member piece on another side when adjacent member pieces contact each other. The recessed part includes a slanted face extending away from the adjacent member piece on the one side as leaving from both ends in a widthwise direction. The second protrusion includes a slanted face extending toward the adjacent member piece on the another side as leaving from both ends in the widthwise direction.

Branching connector fixing structure

The present invention is for providing a connecting terminal enabling certain and easy connecting operation without losing durability. A connecting terminal of the invention comprises an electric wire caulking portion in the rear part and a plate spring-like elastic contact piece to be contacted with a counterpart conductor portion for electric connection, elongating from a front end fold back portion projecting from a terminal bottom plate in the front part, wherein the elastic contact piece and the front end fold back portion are provided continuously from a rising portion, linearly elongating from the front end of the terminal bottom plate forward and upward with a certain rising angle.
