A curvature regulating member and a power supply device to which the curvature regulating member is applied are provided. The curvature regulating member has a plurality of member pieces arranged along a wire harness, and a flexible connection. The curvature regulating member regulates a curvature of the wire harness on a predetermined plane by contact with the adjacent member pieces. A burr (strip projection) is provided in an inner surface of the receiving groove of the wire harness in at least one of the member pieces. Further, a recessed portion is provided in an area of the inner surface including the burr (strip projection).

Provided is a curvature restricting member, allowing for a curvature of the wire harness in a predetermined allowable direction, and regulating the curvature of the wire harness in a regulating direction beyond a predetermined limit state or more, the curvature restricting member includes: a plurality of member pieces arranged along the wire harness; a flexible connecting portion connecting adjacent ones of the plurality of member pieces to each other, wherein the curvature is allowed in the allowable direction by adjacent ones among the plurality of member pieces at the curbed portions separating from each other on the side opposite to the connecting portion and the connection portion bending, and wherein the curvature is not allowed in the restricting direction beyond the limit state by adjacent ones among the plurality of member pieces at the curbed portion abutting against each other on the side opposite to the connecting portion.

Curvature restricting member and power supply device

Provided is a power supply device capable of suppressing bulge of a wire harness toward a vehicle body when a slide door is half-opened. The power supply device is provided with a wire harness arranged between a vehicle body and a slide door, a portion of the wire harness on the vehicle body side extending in the closing direction of the slide door when the slide door is half-opened, and a door side coil spring (a biasing part) for biasing a portion of the wire harness on the slide door side in the biasing direction pressing against the slide door on the closing direction side of the slide door in order to suppress a curvature convex toward the inside of the vehicle body at the time of half-opening of the slide door.

Power supply device

A curvature regulation member to be inserted into a corrugated tube is made of synthetic resin, and integrally includes a belt, and a plurality of bridges standing from both ends in a width direction of the belt. The curvature regulation member is allowed to be curved in a direction that the belt is inside and the bridges are outside. In an opposite direction, curving of the curvature regulation member is restricted by the adjacent bridges abutting on each other. The bridge includes a rectangular plate. Two corners of the plate at a side away from the belt are rounded.

A device for fixing a wire harness includes a rotary member which holds the wire harness and has an arc-shaped face in a three dimensional direction on its outer peripheral face, and a body of the fixing body in which the rotary member is held so as to rotate in a three dimensional direction. The rotary member has a generally spherical shape and can be divided into pieces. In the rotary member , there is formed an insertion part in which a corrugate tube surrounding the wire harness is inserted and held. The rotary member is held in the body of the fixing device so as to move in a longitudinal direction of the wire harness. There is formed, in the body , a space for receiving the rotary member , and stopper parts against which the rotary member is abutted at opposite ends of the space in its axial direction. Either of the body and the rotary member is provided with a harness guide wall consisting of a shorter wall portion and a longer wall portion

Device for fixing wire harness

A device for absorbing harness slack is disclosed wherein a leaf spring (resilient member) is provided with a harness-guide member which supports a curved portion of a wire harness slidably. The harness-guide member has an upper surface (harness-support member) curved throughout its length toward the curved portion . Alternatively, the leaf spring may be provided with the curved harness-guide member rotatably through a coupling member . Also alternatively, a protector protecting the curved portion of the wire harness may be provided with the curved harness-guide member rotatably, and the leaf spring may urge the harness-guide member through such as a cap in a direction of absorbing harness slack slidably. Also alternatively, the upper surface may compose a groove curved in a circumferential direction of the wire harness.

Device for absorbing harness slack

The harness fixing device comprises: a rotatable member for holding a wiring harness; and a fixing device body for holding the rotatable member rotatably in the circumferential direction, wherein the rotatable member is provided with a harness guiding wall having a curved shape and the harness guiding wall is rotatable integrally with the wiring harness. The rotatable member is movable in the longitudinal direction of the harness in the fixing device body simultaneously with the rotation. The harness guiding wall is formed over the whole circumference of the rotatable member. An inner surface of the harness guiding wall is flush with an inner surface for holding the harness of the rotatable member. The rotatable member has a portion for holding a corrugated tube of the wiring harness.

Harness fixing device

In a power supply structure in a sliding structure, the one end of a wire harness is secured to either one of a sliding structure and a body . The other end of the wire harness is hung over the other of them. An elastic member is arranged along the wire harness in the longitudinal direction from the one end of the wire harness so that the wire harness is supported by the elastic member. The elastic member may be a lengthy flat spring. The elastic member may be composed of a first spring segment along the outer face of the wire harness and a second spring segment having a small spring constant which protrudes toward a free end of the elastic member. The elastic member may be bent at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction and arranged on the curved portion of the wire harness. The elastic member may be composed of a flat spring segment along the inner face of the curved portion and a spiral segment. The elastic member may be provided with a harness supporting member. The elastic member may be secured to a protector using a fixing jig. In such a configuration, the looseness of the wire harness when the sliding structure is opened or closed can be surely absorbed in a simple and small structure.

Power supply structure in sliding structure

A board connecting terminal and a connector using the terminal are provided, wherein a contact pressure of the terminal connecting circuit boards arranged orthogonally is secured. The board connecting terminal has a first elastic contact portion projecting arcuately or mountain-shapedly on one side, a second elastic contact portion curvingly inclined extending in substantially the same direction as the extending direction of the first elastic contact portion, and a middle baseplate portion curved or straight and connecting both the elastic contact portions. In a connector, one circuit board is put into contact with the first elastic contact portion, and the other circuit board is put into contact with the second elastic contact portion. A supporting portion for the middle baseplate portion is provided in a connector housings accommodating at least the first elastic contact portion of the board connecting terminal. An end portion of the first elastic contact portion abuts, or is secured to the connector housing, and the board connecting terminal is slidably supported in a longitudinal direction by the supporting portion.

A connector and a connecting structure of circuit boards therewith is provided, which includes: a first circuit board; a second circuit board orthogonally arranged relative to the first circuit board; a terminal having first and second contact portions for the respective first and second circuit boards; and a housing to accommodate the terminal. An engaging member for attaching the housing to the first circuit board projects from the housing, and the first contact portion projects in a same direction as the engaging member. The engaging member is longitudinally movable at an engaging portion provided on the first circuit board. The engaging member is pivotable. The housing consists of a pair of housings turnable about a hinge, and a second contact portion of the terminal is accommodated between the housings. A groove as a positioning portion for a housing is provided. The housing consists of a fixed-side housing having the engaging member for the first circuit board and a moving-side housing movable relative to the fixed-side housing, and the terminal is accommodated in the moving-side housing. A shaft portion is provided on either one of the fixed-side housing and the moving-side housing, and a shaft engaging portion to movably engage the shaft portion is provided on the other of the fixed-side housing and the moving-side housing. A moving-side housing engaging portion is provided on the first circuit board, and an engaging portion for the moving-side housing engaging portion is provided on the moving-side housing.

Connector and a connecting structure of circuit boards therewith

An automobile door that is significantly easy to fabricate, enhanced in ease of assembling door components, and reduced in the number of parts to be mounted. The door comprises an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel is composed of a main panel made of metal and a resin-molded sub panel formed integrally with the main panel. The inner panel is formed with a mount on which door functional parts to be mounted on the door are mounted. The inner panel is also formed integrally with electrically connecting means for connecting these door functional parts with each other.

Automobile door

A door wire harness arrangement structure is provided. In this structure, a wire harness protector is made up of a soft elastic member and thin flexible plates, slidable inside a door, and flexible and restorable in the thickness direction. The soft elastic member may have an oval-shaped cross section. The wire harness protector may be made up of a pair of thin flexible plates and soft elastic members which join the thin plates together at both ends in the width direction. The wire harness protector may have a flat shape, and be provided with a flat wire harness inside. It is also possible to flexibly attach only the flat harness between the door and the main body without the wire harness protector. Slide protrusions and/or fabric for reducing frictional resistance are provided on both sides of the flat harness protector. The flat wire harness is made up of wires secured to a thin resin plate with an adhesive layer or a laminate layer.

Door wire harness arrangement structure for vehicles

A door trim connector connecting structure is provided. In one embodiment of such structure, the switch unit is provided with fixed connectors, a connector securing wall provided with movable connectors is integrally formed inside the bulging portion of the door trim panel, and the screw unit secures the switch unit at the same time as engaging the fixed connectors and the movable connectors. In another embodiment of the structure, the door trim panel is provided with an insertion and connector stays, a bolt 63 penetrating a movable connector is engaged with a trim receiving plate which can be inserted through the insertion hole, the trim receiving plate can be temporarily secured to the door trim panel, the movable connector is movably supported by a holder provided with slide protrusions to be received by the guide grooves, and the trim receiving plate is inserted through the insertion hole so as to screwing the movable connector to the fixed connector after the door trim panel is attached to the door inner panel.

Door trim connector connecting structure

A door wire harness arrangement structure is provided. In this structure, a wire harness is taken into a wire harness protector case, with a part of it being folded like a ring. The ring-like portion of the wire harness can freely expand and contract inside the wire harness protector case. A wire harness support pin stands inside the wire harness protector case, which is provided with a circular or semicircular wire harness receiving portion. The wire harness protector case is made up of a case main body and a cover. The case main body has a trough-like slide guide portion to accommodate a wire harness protector. The case main body and a door trim panel may be integrally formed.
