In a vehicular seat device (), a right seat () is movably supported via a right slide rail (). The right seat is provided with a seat back () mounted to a movable base () of the right slide rail, a seat cushion () rotatably mounted to the seat back, and a connecting link () rotatably supporting a front portion () of the seat cushion on the movable base. The connecting link includes a leg link portion () detachably supported on the movable base. The right seat when folded in a storage mode is movable to a storage position () of a lower floor ().

Vehicular seat device

A vehicle seat which can retract a seat body in a refraction floor with components of a refraction structure not arranged on a surface of the retraction floor is provided by a simple structure. This includes: a support leg detachably retained by a leg retaining member, located on a vehicle body floor, and supporting a seat cushion; and a support base connected to the vehicle body floor to support a pivotable seat back. The seat back pivots relative to the support base to move the seat cushion to the refraction floor. The support leg pivots relative to the seat cushion in accordance with a pivotal movement of the seat back and reaches from the leg retaining member when the seat back has reached a predetermined pivoted position. The support leg is positioned lower than the leg retaining member when the vehicle seat is in a retracted state.

Seat for vehicles

A first cushion receiving member of a seat cushion and a second cushion receiving member of a seat back are turnably connected to each other by a connecting member. The first cushion receiving member is turnably supported at its front end on a front frame of a first framework. The second cushion receiving member is supported on a second framework, through a spring fixed at its upper portion at at least two points and at its lower portion to the second framework and through an elastic fabric having a periphery fixed to the second framework. Thus, the first and second cushion receiving members can be prevented from being oscillated laterally, and the vibration caused by the expansion and contraction of the spring can be dampened by the elastic fabric. As a result, it is possible to permit the longitudinal and vertical movement of the first and second cushion receiving members for supporting the cushion members of the seat and to restrict the lateral movement of the cushion receiving members, and to thereby prevent uncomfortable lateral oscillation of an occupant's body so as to improve sitting comfort.
