A vehicle motor includes a stator, a rotor, and a shaft. The stator has a ring shape. The rotor is disposed radially inward of the stator. The shaft is disposed radially inward of the rotor and is configured to rotate together with the rotor. The stator is splittable into a plurality of parts, and the rotor is splittable into a plurality of parts.

A bumper beam structure includes a bumper beam that extends in the vehicle-width direction and that has a closed section formed by an outer vertical wall, an inner vertical wall, a top member, and a bottom member and a reinforcing member that is mounted inside the closed section of the bumper beam at the center in the vehicle-width direction of the bumper beam. The reinforcing member has a pair of angled members that diverge in the vehicle-width direction from the outer vertical wall toward the inner vertical wall and, in a minor collision, causes an impact load to act as a tensile force on the inner vertical wall of the bumper beam through the angled members. The angled members are spot-welded to the bottom member with mounting surfaces therebetween. In a major collision, spot welding points fracture after the bumper beam collapses, thereby absorbing impact energy.

A load analysis includes analyzing, based on a finite element method, a load characteristic when a load is inputted to a cylindrical object to be analyzed in an axial direction, and for the analyzing, applying an analysis model in which a disposition direction of mesh cells of the analysis model is inclined with respect to the axial direction.

A cabin front part supporting body includes a front frame that contacts a thickened part of a cabin front wall part disposed to cover a front side of an instrument panel and extends in vehicle width directions of an automobile, a rear frame that is disposed inside the instrument panel and rearward of the front frame and extends in the vehicle width directions, and side frames in a pair annularly coupling both end parts of the front frame to both end parts of the rear frame, respectively.

There is provided a front vehicle body structure. The structure includes a front-side frame which is disposed on each side of a power unit in a vehicle width direction, and extends in a fore-and-aft direction; and a load-transfer member disposed outside in the width direction, near a front-end of the front-side frame, a rear end of the load-transfer member being fixed to a certain position of a outer lateral side of the front-side frame in the width direction, the certain position being located forwardly of a center of the power unit in the fore-and-aft direction, a front-end of the load-transfer member being disposed forwardly and outwardly of the rear end. A load to the front-end of the load-transfer member in a rearward direction of the vehicle causes a vicinity area of the fixed position to be displaced in a direction in which the vicinity area approaches the power unit.

There is provided a front vehicle body structure including: a front sub frame mounted below front side frames; a tie rod disposed forwardly of an axle; a tie rod pressing member having a pressing portion which is mounted on the front sub frame forward of the tie rod and presses the tie rod when a collision occurs; and a rotational movement generating member for causing the tie rod pressing member to generate a rotational movement by deforming an area on which the tie rod pressing member is mounted in the front sub frame, by the load received when a collision occurs. The pressing portion is displaced by the rotational movement from a first position which is out of a steering range of the front wheels to a second position at which the pressing portion swings outward in the vehicle width direction and which allows pressing of the tie rod.
