An electroacoustic conversion device includes a vibration plate, an inner voice coil attached to the vibration plate, an outer voice coil attached to the vibration plate outside the inner voice coil to surround the inner voice coil, a magnet, a yoke, and the frame which holds the vibration plate and the yoke. The magnet includes a wiring portion which is in a form of a through hole or a notch in which inner signal lines for the inner voice coil are provided.

Electroacoustic conversion device

A speaker device that includes: two magnetic circuits arranged side by side and each including a magnetic gap; two voice coil bodies each corresponding to a shape of the magnetic gap and arranged in the magnetic gap in an inserted state; a diaphragm to which the two voice coil bodies are coupled, the diaphragm having a width shorter than a length in a direction in which the two magnetic circuits are arranged; and a frame to which the diaphragm and the two magnetic circuits are attached. In the speaker device, the two voice coil bodies include two coils connected in series, the two coils being connected to a pair of input terminals for receiving an input of an electric signal, the pair of input terminals being disposed between the two voice coil bodies.

Speaker device

A loudspeaker diaphragm includes a woven fabric which is a base member, a sealing layer, and a coating layer. The woven fabric includes a first face and a second face on the reverse side of the woven fabric from the first face. The woven fabric is made into the shape of a diaphragm. The sealing layer is disposed on the first face of the woven fabric, and seals the mesh openings surrounded by warp threads and weft threads of the woven fabric. The coating layer is formed of a first composite material which is a mixture of a plurality of first short nanofibers and a first resin. The coating layer permeates the woven fabric from the second face of the woven fabric to the sealing layer.

Loudspeaker diaphragm, method of manufacturing same, and loudspeaker employing same

An electroacoustic transducer includes a diaphragm, a frame disposed to surround a rim portion of the diaphragm, a front support body and a rear support body that couple the diaphragm and the frame, and a magnetic circuit provided with an annular magnetic gap facing a rear face of the diaphragm. The electroacoustic transducer further includes a voice coil body having a rear end disposed in the magnetic gap and a front end coupled to the diaphragm.

A loudspeaker includes a frame, a diaphragm, an edge connecting portion, a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, and a voice coil body. The edge connecting portion connects an outer peripheral end portion of the diaphragm and the frame to each other. The diaphragm is disposed inside of the frame. The diaphragm has a planer diaphragm and a reinforcing diaphragm. Both a front surface and a rear surface of the planer diaphragm are flat. The reinforcing diaphragm includes a thick portion and a recessed portion, and is joined to the planer diaphragm. The reinforcing diaphragm is made of resin. The thick portion is formed on an outer periphery of the reinforcing diaphragm. The recessed portion is formed at a center side of the reinforcing diaphragm.

Loudspeaker and mobile body device having loudspeaker mounted thereon

A loudspeaker includes a frame, a diaphragm, an edge, a magnetic circuit, and a voice coil body. The magnetic circuit includes a magnet and a bottom plate. The bottom plate includes an installation part and a plurality of arms. The installation part is located on the first side of the magnet and is magnetically connected to the magnet. The arms project from the installation part toward the outer periphery and are connected to the frame.

Loudspeaker and mobile device incorporating same

A loudspeaker diaphragm includes a base layer and a coating layer. The base layer contains natural fibers. The coating layer is composed of bamboo cellulose nanofibers and is formed at least on the first side of the base layer. The coating layer has a thickness in the range of 3% to 15%, both inclusive of the sum of the thicknesses of the base layer and the coating layer.

A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm body having a dome shape protruding upwardly, a magnetic circuit disposed below the diaphragm body, a voice coil coupled to the diaphragm body, an edge coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm body, and a frame coupled to the edge. The edge includes a first coupling portion provided at an outer circumference of the edge, a second coupling portion provided at an inner circumference of the edge and coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm body, and a roll portion disposed between the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion. The edge has a surface facing downward. The frame has a connecting surface disposed below the second coupling portion and coupled to the surface of the edge at the first coupling portion of the edge. This loudspeaker can decrease distortion of sound.

Loudspeaker

A loudspeaker includes a frame, a diaphragm, a voice coil body, a terminal, and a relay wire. The diaphragm includes a thin part and a thick part formed around the thin part. The voice coil body includes a bobbin and a voice coil, and is placed in the center of the diaphragm. The terminal is fixed to the frame. The relay wire is connected to the terminal and the voice coil. At least part of the relay wire is located in the thick part.

Loudspeaker and mobile device equipped with the same

A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm, a voice coil body, and a magnetic circuit. The diaphragm has a first side, which is the surface of a recess defined by a thin part and a thick part formed around the thin part. The voice coil body includes a bobbin and a voice coil. The bobbin has a first end connected to the thin part on the first side of the diaphragm and a second end opposite to the first end. The magnetic circuit has an inner part, an outer part, and a magnetic gap. Part of the magnetic circuit including the first side of the inner part is located from the second end of the bobbin into the bobbin, and the first side of the inner part and the first side of the outer part are located in the recess so that the voice coil is located in the magnetic gap.

A video display device includes a video display panel that displays video, a case that encloses an outer periphery of the video display panel, an audio device that is arranged in proximity to the outer periphery of the video display panel, the audio device being configured to linearly arrange a plurality of speakers, and a sound emitting hole that corresponds to an opening of the audio device, the sound emitting hole being provided to the case and emitting sound generated by the audio device.

Video display device

The loudspeaker magnetic circuit is an external-magnet type, and has a magnet, an upper plate, and a lower plate. The magnet is sandwiched between the upper plate and the lower plate. At least one of the lower plate and the upper plate is formed of magnetic powder or a mixture of a magnetic powder and resin.

Magnetic circuit for loudspeaker, and loudspeaker using same

A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm, a magnetic circuit, and a frame. The frame includes an outer peripheral part supporting the diaphragm, a center part supporting the magnetic circuit, and a connection part connecting the center part to the outer peripheral part. The outer peripheral part molded with resin includes an inner wall, an outer wall facing the inner wall, and a reinforcing rib provided between the inner wall and the outer wall.

Loudspeaker, and electronic apparatus and mobile device using the loudspeaker

A speaker diaphragm includes a body vibrating to generate a sound, an edge fusion-bonded to an outer circumference portion of the body, a projection provided on an upper surface of the edge, and a gasket provided on a lower surface of the edge. The edge is made of material different from that of the body. The projection is made of material identical to that of the edge. The gasket is made of material identical to that of the body. A speaker including the diaphragm has waterproof property by itself.

Speaker diaphragm, and speaker and handheld terminal device using said speaker diaphragm

In a loud speaker, the diaphragm has a protruded part protruding on a yoke side on the inside and in the vicinity of an inner coupling part as a coupled portion to a voice coil. The loud speaker can be manufactured with the voice coil accurately positioned with respect to a diaphragm, and the voice coil is accurately vibrated vertically inside a magnetic gap. The possibility of the voice coil coming into contact with a plate and a yoke as a magnetic circuit body of the loud speaker can be reduced, thereby to improve production efficiency and a yield at the time of manufacturing the loud speaker.
