To provide a radiation treatment system which enables wide irradiation range of radiation to a patient without increasing a load on a structure body. A radiation treatment system includes: a couch that carries a treatment target; a radiation source; a rotation mechanism configured to support the radiation source and to rotate the radiation source around the couch; a sensor configured to detect radiation transmitted through the treatment target; and a control unit configured to control the radiation source and the rotation mechanism, and the control unit sets an irradiation plan in which an irradiation range of first irradiation and an irradiation range of second irradiation are partially overlapped, and controls a radiation dose for an overlapping portion based on a detection result obtained by the sensor.

Even when a connection board has a large thickness tolerance, a stable connection is achieved by absorbing the tolerance so as to stabilize a contact pressure between the connection board and contacts. In a unit in which electrode groups of a connection board are in pressure contact with elastic contacts formed integrally with an inner housing to connect thereto, the inner housing is provided inside an outer case of a card edge connector through an elastic member to be freely movable forward and backward in a thickness direction of the connection board. The positions of the elastic contacts are adjusted by forward or backward moving the inner housing in accordance with the thickness of the connection board inserted into board insertion slots, so a pressure contact force with the elastic contacts is substantially equalized, irrespective of the size of the thickness of the connection board.

Provided is an optical-electrical composite cable in which, even if the entire optical-electrical composite cable having an optical fiber routed along flexible flat wiring boards is made thin, the optical fiber is not deformed or damaged by a large bending stress. A pair of the flexible flat wiring boards are disposed on a front surface side and a rear surface side of the optical fiber, and a covering member integrates the entirety thereof. Thus, even if the optical-electrical composite cable is made thin, the cable is not bent with a large curvature without deformation of the optical fiber.

A contact includes a contact unit in contact with a terminal of a circuit board, to establish electric connection; and a barrel unit to contain the contact unit. The contact unit has a first contact point to come into contact with the terminal in an early stage of a relative slide operation in a connection direction when connected to the circuit board, and to be inclined according to the slide operation; a second contact point to swing toward the circuit board according to the inclination of the first contact point, and to be brought into contact with the terminal after a delay from the contact of the first contact point against the terminal; and a contact fulcrum portion. The barrel unit has protrusion support portions to support the contact fulcrum portion. Contact surfaces between the contact fulcrum portion and the protrusion support portions are each a rolled surface.

A composite cable is provided which can connect a power line for feeding drive power to flat panel-shaped electric equipment and a signal line for outputting an electric signal to the electrical equipment at the narrow side surface of the electrical equipment. A flexible printed circuit board constitutes an end connection unit of the flexible composite cable to be connected to the electrical equipment, so that the composite cable can be connected to a side surface of the electrical equipment. Since the lateral width of the flexible printed circuit board is sufficiently long, a power trace is made thin and wide, so that the resistance value per unit length can be reduced and a current carrying capacity that allows the use of high power current can be adopted.

Provided is a wafer appearance inspection apparatus that can segmentize an inspection target region, enable expedited execution of an operation to set a sensitivity threshold to each region, and enhance the inspection efficiency. Pattern matching between the image region of a part of a standard wafer, which is defined as a template region, and the entire image region of the standard wafer is performed to compute an image editing value. The computed image editing value is used to edit an inspection target image. A region for which a threshold is to be set can be automatically confirmed by roughly specifying the region from among edited image regions displayed on the display. The confirmed region and a similar pattern region are searched and displayed. When the similar region is selected, the initial sensitivity threshold is displayed, and a change is made on an as-needed basis. The region of the set sensitivity threshold is displayed by the display color corresponding to the determined threshold. Inspection is executed according to the set threshold.

Heating electrode and method for heating material-to-be-heated by using the heating electrode

Disclosed is a readily degradable resin composition having excellent biodegradability. Specifically disclosed is a readily degradable resin composition comprising: an aliphatic polyester (A) which has biodegradability; and an aliphatic polyester (B) which has a solution viscosity (&#x3b7; inh) of 0.25 dl/g or less as measured in a mixed solvent composed of m-chlorophenol and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene at a weight-based ratio of 4:1 at a concentration of 0.4 g/dl and at a temperature of 30&#xb0; C. and a melt viscosity of 50 Pa S or less as measured at 190&#xb0; C. at a shear rate of 1 rad/s and is capable of biodegraded at a more rapid degradation rate than the aliphatic polyester (A). Also disclosed is a readily degradable resin composition comprising: an aliphatic polyester (A) which has biodegradability; and an aliphatic polyester (B') which, when hydrolyzed, can release an acid showing a pH value of 2.0 or less when dissolved in water at a concentration of 0.005 g/ml and is capable of biodegraded at a more rapid degradation rate than the aliphatic polyester (A). Further disclosed is a biodegradable container comprising the readily degradable resin composition.
