A technique that can efficiently reduce the number of oil bubbles. An oil-bubble reducing structure that is arranged in an automatic transmission includes: a filter that is arranged in an oil path for oil flowing through the automatic transmission, wherein the filter has pores formed in its framework having a polygonal cross section.

Oil-bubble reducing structure

Provided is a wiring unit in which oil bubbles are prevented from being generated. A wiring unit includes: a wire harness; and a rectifying member that is located above the wire harness and is provided with a rectifying plate that is located inside a through hole that penetrates through the rectifying member in a top-bottom direction, and that has a plate surface that is inclined relative to a vertical direction.

Wiring unit

A wiring unit that can reduce the number of oil bubbles. A wiring unit includes: a wire harness; and a wiring board on which the wire harness is arranged, wherein the wiring board has a through hole that penetrates the wiring board, and a filter that is provided in the through hole, and has pores formed in its framework having a polygonal cross section.

It is aimed to improve connector connecting operability. A connector connecting device includes a connector holder () disposed on a body () of an automatic transmission while holding a plurality of holder-side connectors () and configured to collectively arrange the respective holder-side connectors () at positions corresponding to device-side connectors (). The connector holder () includes holding portions () each configured to hold the holder-side connector () displaceably to an aligned position for aligning the holder-side connector () in a state connectable to the device-side connector () and a push-in position for connecting the holder-side connector () to the device-side connector () by the holder-side connector () being pushed from the aligned position.

A wiring unit includes a wiring harness (WH), a holding plate () for holding the wiring harness (WH), pairs of through holes (A,B) formed through the holding plate (), and tie bands () inserted through the pairs of through holes (A,B) to fix the wiring harness (WH) to the holding plate (). Each tie band () includes a band portion () having longitudinally spaced locking teeth () on one surface and to be inserted through the pair of through holes (A,B), and a lock () provided on one end of the band portion () and including an insertion opening (), through which a free end of the band portion () is inserted. A locking claw () in the insertion opening () retains the band portion () by selectively locking to a locking tooth (). The paired through holes (A,B) have mutually different shapes.

Automatic transmission holding plate and wiring unit provided with same

A wiring unit (U) for automatic transmission mounted in an automatic transmission of an automotive vehicle and configured to execute a control relating to a speed changing operation includes a wiring harness (WH), a ROM () connected to the wiring harness and a holding plate () made of metal for holding these. The holding plate () is formed with a holding portion () on which the ROM () is to be placed, and the holding portion () is integrally formed with a plurality of swaging pieces () for fixing the ROM () on the holding portion () by being swaged to the ROM (). Further, the ROM () is formed with a positioning protrusion (), and the holding portion () is formed with a receiving hole () into which the positioning protrusion () is aligned and fitted.

Wiring unit for automatic transmission

A wiring unit includes a wiring harness (WH) and a holding plate () made of metal and formed with a support surface () for holding the wiring harness (WH). The holding plate () is integrally formed with a pressing portion () having a pressing surface () for regulating the lift of the wiring harness by pressing the wiring harness (WH) toward the support surface (). The pressing portion () is composed of a side piece () standing up from one side edge of the holding plate () and a pressing piece () extending substantially parallel to the upper surface of the holding plate () from a standing end edge of the side piece (), and the wiring harness (WH) can be inserted sideways into the pressing portion ().
