A laminated electronic component includes a body including a magnetic layer containing magnetic particles; a coil provided within the body; and outer electrodes provided on a bottom surface of the body and each electrically connected to any one of end portions of the coil. The coil is formed by connecting a plurality of coil conductors stacked within the body, and the body includes a non-magnetic layer present between one of the outer electrodes and one of the coil conductors opposing the one of the outer electrodes.

Laminated electronic component

A multilayer coil array includes an element body including a magnetic layer; first and second built-in coils; and first to fourth outer electrodes connected to the first and second coils. A non-magnetic layer is provided between the first and second coils. The first and second coils are each formed by a plurality of coil conductors being connected to each other. At least one out of a coil conductor of the first coil that is closest to the second coil among the plurality of coil conductors of the first coil and a coil conductor of the second coil that is closest to the first coil among the plurality of coil conductors of the second coil contacts the non-magnetic layer. The length of a coil conductor layer that contacts the non-magnetic layer of the coil conductor contacting the non-magnetic layer is different from the length of the other coil conductor layers.

Multilayer coil array

A laminated electronic component includes a body including a magnetic layer containing magnetic particles; a coil provided within the body; and outer electrodes provided on a bottom surface of the body and each electrically connected to any one of end portions of the coil. In a cross-section perpendicular to the bottom surface of the body, a side surface of each outer electrode has a recess-shaped wedge portion, and a part of the body enters the wedge portion. At the bottom surface of the body, at least a part of a surface of each outer electrode is located outward of the bottom surface of the body.

A coil array component including an element assembly that includes a filler and a resin material, a first coil portion and a second coil portion that are embedded in the element assembly and that are composed of a first coil conductor and a second coil conductor, respectively, and four outer electrodes electrically connected to the first coil portion and the second coil portion. Also, the first coil conductor and the second coil conductor are covered with a glass layer.

Coil array component

A coil component includes an element body including a magnetic portion containing metal particles and a coil conductor embedded in the magnetic portion, and at least a pair of outer electrodes disposed on the element body and electrically connected to the coil conductor. The magnetic portion includes a region A containing metal particles having a relatively small average particle size and a region B containing metal particles having a relatively large average particle size. The region A is present between outer electrodes of the pair of outer electrodes and the coil conductor.

Coil component

A multilayer coil array includes an element body; first and second built-in coils; and first to fourth outer electrodes provided on the element body. A non-magnetic layer is provided between the first and second coils. An end of the first coil extending from the coil conductor closest to the second coil among the plurality of coil conductors of the first coil is connected to the first outer electrode and another end of the first coil is connected to the second outer electrode. An end of the second coil extending from the coil conductor closest to the first coil among the plurality of coil conductors of the second coil is connected to the third outer electrode and another end portion of the second coil is connected to the fourth outer electrode. The second and fourth outer electrodes are connected to output terminals of a switching element of a DC-DC converter.

DC-DC converter multilayer coil array and DC-DC converter

A coil component including an element assembly that includes a support substrate having a cavity, a first coil disposed on a first principal surface of the support substrate, a second coil disposed on a second principal surface of the support substrate, and a magnetic portion. The coil component further includes first and second outer electrodes electrode electrically coupled to the first coil, and third and further outer electrodes electrically coupled to the second coil. Each outer electrode is disposed on the surface of the element assembly. The cavity of the support substrate, the core portion of the first coil, and the core portion of the second coil overlap at least one another when viewed in the direction perpendicular to the principal surface. The magnetic portion is disposed in at least the cavity and the two core portions. Also, the support substrate is formed of sintered ferrite.

A coil component includes an element body, a coil provided in the element body, and an outer electrode provided in the element body and electrically connected to the coil. The outer electrode is embedded in one surface of the element body such that a protruding portion, which is a portion of the outer electrode, protrudes from the one surface of the element body. Also, a thickness of an embedded portion, which is a portion of the outer electrode and is embedded in the one surface of the element body, is larger than a thickness of the protruding portion of the outer electrode protruding from the one surface of the element body in thickness in a direction perpendicular to the one surface of the element body.

A coil array component including an element assembly that includes a filler and a resin material, a first coil portion and a second coil portion that are embedded in the element assembly and that are composed of a first coil conductor and a second coil conductor, respectively, and four outer electrodes electrically connected to the first coil portion and the second coil portion. Also, four extension electrodes that extend from end surfaces of the element assembly to the bottom surface and are electrically connected to the outer electrodes on the bottom surface are further included. In addition, the extension electrodes are covered with insulating layers on end surfaces of the element assembly.
