A conductive module applied to a battery pack includes a connection terminal electrically coupled to an electrode terminal, and a flexible substrate that includes a flexible base film having insulating property, a conductive layer in which a first circuit pattern is configured by a first conductor that electrically couples the connection terminal to a monitoring device, and a reinforcing protective film covering the conductive layer. The reinforcing protective film includes a first exposed portion that exposes a first connection end portion of the first conductor from the reinforcing protective film, and has relatively higher rigidity than rigidity of the flexible base film.

Terminal block

A waterproof structure, which is for one connector fixed to a mounting hole of an automotive motor's metallic case and another connector fixed to a mounting hole of an automotive inverter's metallic case and connected to the one connector, comprises ring-shaped first and second packings. The first packing resides between the one case's surface and the one connector's surface that are orthogonal to a fitting direction of the connectors such that the one case's mounting hole is surrounded thereby to provide waterproof interface between the one case and the one connector. The second packing resides between the other case's surface and the other connector's surface that are parallel to the fitting direction. The second packing extends on an outer circumferential surface of the other connector to provide waterproof interface between an inner circumferential surface of the other case's mounting hole and the other connector's outer circumferential surface.

Waterproof structure

The present invention is to provide a direct mount connector terminal and a direct mount connector for improving reliability of connection thereof. The direct mount connector terminal is locked to a connector housing with a lance of the connector housing. The direct mount connector terminal includes an electrical connection portion extending toward a connection direction of a mating terminal, a bent portion connected to and bent with respect to the electrical connection portion, a parallel portion connected to the bent portion and parallel to the electrical connection portion, and a locking portion disposed on the parallel portion and to be locked to the lance of the connector housing.

Direct mount connector terminal and direct mount connector

The present invention provides a connector assembly allowing attachment of a connector to a connector receptacle with a limited attachment space. The connector assembly includes the connector having a terminal and a connector housing, the connector receptacle having a case and a terminal portion, and a fastening member. The terminal has an electrical contact portion with a hole. The connector housing has a column portion for receiving the electrical contact portion with the hole aligned in an insertion direction of the connector. The terminal portion has a connection portion to be superposed with the electrical contact portion and has a second hole to be communicated with the hole. The case has a housing portion for supporting the connection portion so that the second hole of the connection portion is aligned with the insertion direction of the connector. The electrical contact portion and the connection portion are fastened together with the fastening member passed through the communicated hole and the second hole.

Connector assembly

The present invention provides a connector assembly having a small size and preventing a contact between a bolt fastener and a detection member. The connector assembly includes a connector having an inner chamber with an opening and a plurality of connector terminals, a connector receptacle having a plurality of connector receptacle terminals securable together with the connector terminals and a first detection member, and a cover for covering the opening and having a second detection member. When the opening of the inner chamber is covered with the cover, the first detection member and the second detection member are connected together and detect that the cover is covered. The first detection member is disposed between the adjacent connector receptacle terminals. An end surface of the first housing is positioned inwardly of the inner chamber with respect to a surface of a connector electrical contact portion.

There is provided a waterproof connector in which swing of electric wires inside a rear holder can be prevented, and insertion of the rear holder into a connector body can be easily performed with a small force. The waterproof connector includes a connector bodyhaving a terminal containing roomin which a terminal metal fittingof an electric wireis contained, a waterproof plugwhich is fitted to the electric wireat a wire withdrawing sideof the connector bodyand assembled to the wire withdrawing sideof the connector body, and a rear holderwhich is mounted on the wire withdrawing sideof the connector bodythereby to prevent drop of the waterproof plugfrom the connector body. The rear holder includes a pair of half bodies which are separated as a first holder bodyand a second holder body, wire containing recesseswhich contain respective semi-circular portions of the electric wire are respectively formed in the first holder bodyand the second holder body, and the first holder bodyand the second holder bodyare individually mounted on the wire withdrawing sideof the connector bodyto be combined together.

Waterproof connector

A connector includes: a terminal fitting which includes a wire connecting portion and an electric contact portion disposed coaxially with the wire connecting portion; a connector housing for fitting to a mating connector; a rear holder which is fitted at an end portion of the connector housing; a terminal accommodating chamber which is provided in the connector housing. The terminal accommodating chamber includes a first accommodating portion for accommodating the wire connecting portion, a second accommodating portion which is continuous with the first accommodating portion to accommodate the electric contact portion, and a stepped surface formed between the first and second accommodating portions. The connector also includes a flange portion which projects from an outer peripheral surface of the wire connecting portion so as to contact the stepped surface, and a sleeve member provided between the flange portion and the rear holder.

Connector having improved fitting properties

Provided is an electrical wire fixing member that can be assembled in a simple manner with the reduced number of parts, and is capable of obtaining a sufficient lap amount, which can further reduce the number of parts. In an electrical wire fixing bandthat secures an electrical wire, the first flangeis provided at a tip of the one endof the bodyin a shape of a ring, with both ends overlapping with each other along the circumference of the body. A second flangeis provided at the other end. A protruding pieceis provided in a direction where the other endbecomes more distant from the one end. A locking pieceis provided closer to the one end than the tip of the other endis.

Electrical wire fixing member

A connectorincludes: a connector housing; a case; and a cover. The connector housingreceives terminals. The caseis coupled to the connector housing, and receives ends of electric wiresconnected to the terminals in the connector housing. The coverincludes a pair of cover bodies, a locking arm, and a receiving member. The pair of cover bodiesare attached to an outside of the case, and attached to each other to cover an outer wallof the case. The locking arm is mounted on a one cover body. Electrical connector with detachable cover

This invention provides a lever engagement type electric power source circuit breaker in which a connector is not easily deformed and terminals and fuses accommodated inside are not exposed outside. The invention is lever engagement type electric power source circuit breaker includes a service plug including a service plug housing having a plurality of first connector terminals on a first side of the service plug housing, a metal cover covering a second side of the service plug housing opposing to the first side and including a main body, a boss integrally formed on the periphery of the main body, an electric power source side connector including a plurality of second connector terminals to be connected to the first connector terminals and a shaft, and a lever including a cam groove to be engaged with the boss and pivotably supported by the shaft. When the lever is operated to rotate, the service plug and the electric power source side connector are engaged with each other and then the first and the second connector terminals are electrically connected.

Lever engagement type electric power source circuit breaker

To provide a charging connector to prevent the charging connector from removing while a lock system is locked by helping a user recognize thatthe lock system is locked. A charging connector B including: a leverreceived in a connector case main body, and of which center part is pivotally supported; a locking clawintegrally formed with one end of the lever; and a release buttondisposed at the other end of the lever, whereinwhen the charging connector B is completely fitted into a secondary battery-side connector, the locking clawis locked with a locking projectionprovided at the secondary battery-side connector, and wherein when the release buttonis pushed down, the locking between the locking claw and the locking projection is unlocked, and the charging connector B further including: a locksystemhaving a lock device; and an operation regulatorwhich is moved to a preventing position to prevent the release buttonfrom being pushed down when the lock deviceis in a locking state, and moved to an allowing position to allow the release buttonto be pressed down when the lock deviceis in an unlocking state.

Charging connector

A direct mounting connector includes: six independent busbars for connecting the apparatus to two auxiliary machines for three-phase alternating current; two U-pole first terminal parts, two V-pole first terminal parts and two W-pole first terminal parts The six first terminal parts are connected to the apparatus at first ends of the respective six busbars, the two first terminal parts of the same pole are arranged adjacently to each other; and two sets, each set of which consists of a second U-pole terminal part, a second V-pole terminal part and a second W-pole terminal part The six second terminal parts are connected to the two auxiliary machines at second ends of the respective six busbars, the two sets arranged adjacently to each other having a distance therebetween. Busbar parts extend between the two sets of the second terminal parts.

Direct mounting connector

A shield box is composed of metal-made upper box and lower box, which are combined with each other. The shield box houses therein a plurality of shield connectors interconnecting shield wires, and thereby electromagnetically shields entirety of the shield connectors and the shield wires. On an upper surface of a lower surface plate of the lower box, clamp fittings capable of restraining the respective shield connectors in axial, axial rotation, left-and-right and up-and-down directions thereof are provided. On opposite surfaces of the upper and lower boxes, press fittings are provided to sandwich shield terminal portions from upper and lower sides and conduct the shield terminal portions to the upper and lower boxes when the upper and lower boxes are matched with each other. The shield terminal portions, which are electrically connected to shield conductors of respective shield wires and are exposed to both ends of the respective shield connectors, are grounded.
