An electromagnetic valve () includes an electromagnetic valve-side connector unit (). A base () includes a base-side connector unit () to which the electromagnetic valve-side connector unit () is connected. The base () includes an insertion port () into which the electromagnetic valve-side connector unit () is inserted. The base-side connector unit () is disposed inside the insertion port (). The electromagnetic valve () includes a protrusion (). The base () includes a recess () configured to guide the protrusion (). When the protrusion () is guided by the recess (), the electromagnetic valve-side connector unit () is inserted into the insertion port () without interfering with a section of the base () around the insertion port () and is connected to the base-side connector unit ().

Solenoid valve manifold

A solenoid valve manifold () includes a connector member () that is formed by integrating a base portion () with a first connector portion () configured to electrically connect a first conductive member () to a circuit board () and a second connector portion () configured to electrically connect a second conductive member () to the circuit board (). The base portion () has a through-hole (). The base () includes two engagement projections (). The base portion () is elastically deformable in a direction intersecting an insertion direction when the two engagement projections () are inserted into the through-hole (). The connector member () is configured to be attached to the base () when a part of the base portion () around the through-hole () is engaged with the two engagement projections ().

An electromagnetic valve manifold includes an electromagnetic valve including a discharge port, a manifold base including a discharge passage that is connected to the discharge port, and a check valve. The check valve includes a valve member, a valve housing including a valve seat, and an urging member. The valve housing includes a valve chamber that accommodates the valve member, a peripheral wall that defines the valve chamber, a valve hole that connects the valve chamber to the discharge port, and a discharge opening that connects the valve chamber to the discharge passage. The check valve is disposed in the discharge passage. The discharge opening is formed in the peripheral wall, at least a part of the discharge opening overlapping with the valve seat in a direction orthogonal to a moving direction of the valve member.

Electromagnetic valve manifold

Parts of a first coupling and a second coupling that protrude from manifold blocks each have the shape of an elongated tube. When the first coupling and the second coupling are viewed in the axial direction, the traverse direction of the first coupling and the second coupling agree with the arrangement direction of manifold blocks. A part of the tube insertion hole is a small diameter hole, which is a stadium-shaped hole. When the first coupling and the second coupling are viewed in the axial direction, the traverse direction of the small diameter hole agrees with the traverse direction of the first coupling and the second coupling.

Manifold

Passage forming blocks of a first pilot valve and a second pilot valve each include a supply passage, which opens in a first surface and a second surface and is connected to a valve chamber, a first output passage, which opens in the first surface and are connected to the valve chamber, and a second output passage, which opens in the first surface. Further, the passage forming blocks each include an output passage connecting recess. The output passage connecting recess is provided in a section of the second surface that overlaps with an opening region of the first output passage, which opens in the first surface, and is connected to the second output passage. The first output passage of the first pilot valve is connected to the second output passage of the second pilot valve via the output passage connecting recess of the second pilot valve.

Pilot-type electromagnetic valve

A poppet switch valve device includes a valve body, a first valve rod including a first valve member, a second valve rod including a second valve member, and a solenoid. When a jig engages with an engagement portion of the first valve rod and rotates the first valve rod so that an internally-threaded hole formed in the first valve rod engages with and moves forward and backward relative to an external thread formed on an outer circumferential surface of the second valve rod, the first valve rod is moved relative to the second valve rod in the axial direction. The poppet switch valve device further includes a restriction portion configured to restrict movement of the first valve rod relative to the second valve rod in the axial direction after the first valve rod is moved relative to the second valve rod in the axial direction using the jig.
