A compressed air production facility that reduces an extension cost without stopping an operating air compressor in a case of increasing the number of air compressors to cope with an increase in demands for compressed air is provided. A compressed air system supplies compressed air to compressed air consuming devices connected to a compressed air distributions line, the compressed air system including a plurality of air compressor units connected to the compressed air distributions line via respective air tanks. Each of the air compressor units includes: an air compressor main body; an adjustor of pressure setpoint that adjusts a pressure setpoint of an air tank to which the air compressor unit including the adjustor of pressure setpoint is connected; and a controller of air compressor that operates a rotational frequency of the air compressor main body on the basis of the pressure setpoint adjusted by the adjustor of pressure setpoint and a pressure of the air tank. The adjustor of pressure setpoint adjusts the pressure setpoint on the basis of a control variable indicating the rotational frequency of the air compressor main body or the pressure of the air tank.

In a controller that operates a control program which executes sequence control or the like together with a data processing program which executes a complex arithmetic operation or the like, I/O resource information is shared with a shared memory, and an access right to the I/O resource information by the data processing program is controlled using read-in prohibited information and write-in permitted information.

Controller and control management system

A control apparatus where control programs and information programs coexist is allowed to change programs flexibly. The control programs and information programs are installed in the control apparatus, which is provided with a shared area. The shared area is an area that at least one control program and at least one information program can access. Shared information is stored in the shared area. The shared information includes at least one of information related to an I/O port accessed by the control programs, and information related to the control program. Each control program is a program that performs scan operation of outputting control information on the relevant control object apparatus coupled to the I/O port accessed for controlling a control object apparatus with respect to the control program, to this I/O port. Each information program is a program that performs information processing that does not include the scan operation.

Control apparatus

A control apparatus that accesses at least one I/O port of one or more I/O ports coupled to one or more control object apparatuses to control operation of a control object apparatus coupled to the I/O port includes a processor unit that executes a plurality of programs, and a storage unit that stores information on the one or more I/O ports and serves as a base of one or more shared areas each of the plurality of programs can access. The plurality of programs include one or more information programs in addition to one or more control programs. Each of the one or more control programs is a program that performs a scan process to output control information on the control object apparatus coupled to the I/O port. Each of the one or more information programs is a program that performs information processing different from scan operation.

According to one embodiment, a control program extracts variable names of the control program and generates an address map file and a header file. An information program is generated using the generated header file. The information program accesses a shared storage area using the address map file through a shared access unit and accesses data using shared variables.
