A waveguide tube connecting member includes a first waveguide tube having a first waveguide path and a flange. The flange has a flange end surface extending from a first opening end of the first waveguide path toward an outer side in a tube radial direction, and a second flange outer peripheral surface which is a part of a first flange outer peripheral surface. The second flange outer peripheral surface is a surface formed in a shape in which a part of the flange has a cavity. An electric length from the first opening end of the flange end surface to the second flange outer peripheral surface along the tube radial direction is (2×N+1)/4 times a wavelength.

A waveguide connecting structure includes an inserting waveguide having an inserting conduit line and a flange extending outwardly in a conduit radial-direction, and a receiving waveguide having a receiving conduit line, a receiving structure into which the inserting waveguide is inserted, and stub grooves disposed on both sides of the receiving conduit line outwardly in the direction. The receiving structure has a receiving end face extending in the radial direction and opposing to a flange end face, and an annular receiving inner-circumferential surface disposed outward of the flange and extending in a conduit axial-direction. An electric length of each stub groove in the axial direction from an opening first end to a closing second end is &#xbd; of a conduit wavelength of the stub groove.

Waveguide connecting structure

An ultrasonic diagnosing device is provided for diagnosing a state of a to-be-examined part based on echo signals caused by ultrasonic signals. The device includes a container body containing liquid and capable of coming in close contact with a to-be-examined body, an ultrasonic wave penetrating part having ultrasonic penetrability and covering an opening formed in the container body, a probe having an ultrasonic wave transmitting part configured to transmit the ultrasonic signals, and a drive mechanism configured to move the probe inside the container body and change a position of the ultrasonic wave transmitting part. The probe being soaked in the liquid inside the container body in a state where the ultrasonic wave transmitting part is separated from the ultrasonic wave penetrating part, and the ultrasonic signals being transmitted to the to-be-examined body through the liquid and the ultrasonic wave penetrating part by the ultrasonic wave transmitting part.

Ultrasonic diagnosing device

Provided is a detailed configuration regarding a method of transmitting a driving force etc., of an antenna adjustable of an elevation-depression angle and an antenna circumferential angle. A weather radar antenna may include an antenna unit, a column, an elevation-depression-direction drive transmission shaft, and a circumferential-direction drive transmission shaft. The antenna unit may receive at least an electromagnetic wave. The column may support the antenna unit. The elevation-depression-direction drive transmission shaft may transmit a driving force of an elevation-depression-direction drive motor to the antenna. The circumferential-direction drive transmission shaft may transmit a driving force of a circumferential-direction drive motor to the antenna unit.

Antenna

An antenna device vertically rotatable and horizontally rotatable is provided, which has a configuration in which waveguides are effectively disposed. An antenna device includes an antenna, a vertically rotating, and a rotary joint. The antenna is vertically rotatable and horizontally rotatable, and outwardly radiates a radio wave. The vertically rotating is disposed such that a longitudinal direction thereof is along an axial line of the vertical rotation and intersects perpendicularly with an axial line of the horizontal rotation. The rotary joint is coupled to the vertically rotating. Moreover, the antenna device includes a waveguide path passing through the inside of the rotary and the inside of the vertically rotating and connected with the antenna.

Antenna device

A waveguide connector is provided. The connector includes a connecting portion having a plurality of conductive convex portions that are deformable by an external force. The convex portions are formed with a height and an interval less than &#xbc; wavelength of a propagating electromagnetic wave to be propagated inside waveguides.
