A wire harness lead-out structure includes a body that includes a containing portion for receiving a wire harness and a corrugated tube covering the wire harness, a lid that is attached to the body to close an upper opening of the body, two completely-fixing ribs that are formed on the body and the lid respectively to be engaged in grooves of the corrugated tube to prevent a movement of the corrugated tube in an axial direction of the corrugated tube, and a provisionally-fixing rib that is formed in a single line on the opposed side walls of the body to be engaged in a single groove of the corrugated tube, and is disposed between the two completely-fixing ribs. The wire harness lead-out structure length required for provisionally fixing a corrugated tube can be reduced and a compact design can be achieved.

Wire harness lead-out structure of protector

In a protector, a lock mechanism for a stay is provided at a protector body. The lock mechanism includes a stay abutment plate which is perpendicular to a direction of a normal line of the protector body, a boss for passing through a boss passage hole in the stay, and a lock piece portion for locking the stay. With this construction, the amount of retaining engagement of the lock piece portion can be increased without adversely affecting the moldability of a mold. As a result, the force of retaining of the protector can be enhanced, thereby avoiding a situation in which the protector is disengaged from the stay.

Protector

A protector for a wire harness. After the protector is placed onto and secured to a jig and the wire harness is wired, the wire harness will not become loose inside the protector even when the protector is removed from the jig. The protector comprises: a protector body that stores a plurality of wire harnesses, and a cover that closes off the opening section of the protector body, and boss(es), having pin holes in which jig pin(s) can be inserted, (is) are formed in the protector body. A plurality of wire harnesses are divided by the bosses as base points and guided to a plurality of guide openings that are formed on the outer edge of the protector body. The wire harnesses will not become loose inside the protector even when the protector is removed from the jig due to the bosses inside the protector.
