It is provided a federated learning system for aggregating gradient information representing a result of training an AI model in an edge device, the federated learning system comprising the edge device and a server apparatus, the training module in the edge device being configured to generate an edge switch share in which the encrypted aggregated gradient is encrypted, and to transmit the generated edge switch share to the server apparatus, the encryption/decryption module in the server apparatus being configured to generate an encrypted aggregated gradient for decryption by adding edge switch shares received from the plurality of the edge device, generate an aggregated gradient by decrypting the generated encrypted aggregated gradient for decryption, and to transmit the generated aggregated gradient to the edge device, the training module in the edge device being configured to train the AI model by using the aggregated gradient received from the server apparatus.

Secure and robust federated learning system and method by multi-party homomorphic encryption

In order to make more efficient virtual folder creation work which is required at the time of virtually classifying files, the present invention provides a system having: a function of extracting keywords and frequencies thereof included in metadata; and a function of creating a virtual folder on the basis of the extracted keywords and the extracted frequencies thereof. At the time of extracting the keywords, character strings which can be considered as the keywords are comprehensively extracted. In addition, at the time of creating the virtual folder, the virtual folder is provided with a hierarchical structure including at least two hierarchical levels of a parent folder and a child folder. At the time of creating the child folder, in the case where child folder candidates having equivalent frequencies exist, a candidate having a longer character string is adopted.

File management apparatus and file management method

To remove an underline even if a business document includes a chart or even if the underline touches a character string, provided is an underline removal apparatus that removes an underline area from binary image data including the underline area touching a character string, the underline removal apparatus including: an underline search processing unit that executes a line template matching process by setting a point on the binary image data as a starting point to set a rectangular line template, tracing pixels included in the line template, and extracting a polyline indicating underline position coordinates; and an underline removal processing unit that uses the polyline to execute a process of obtaining background borderline coordinates between the underline area and a background area and character borderline coordinates between the underline area and the character string obtained by applying an interpolation process to a part in the underline area touching the character string and to execute a process of replacing an area surrounded by the background borderline coordinates and the character borderline coordinates by a color of pixels of the background area.
