There is provided an internal-combustion-engine ignition coil apparatus in which an igniter in a connector assembly is contained in the case of the ignition coil apparatus, in which an adhesive bonds the igniter to a heat sink inserted into the case through an opening window of the case and an adhesive bonds the heat sink to the inner circumferential surface of the opening window, and in which the exposed portion of the heat sink is exposed to the outside of the case through the opening window.

Internal-combustion-engine ignition coil apparatus

Provided is an ignition coil device for an internal combustion engine, including: an insulating case; an ignition coil device main body accommodated inside the insulating case, the ignition coil device main body including: a coil assembly; a center core arranged on an inner side of the coil assembly along a center axis of the coil assembly; a side core arranged on an outer side of the center core and the coil assembly; and an elastic cover provided to the side core; an igniter, which is accommodated inside the insulating case; and a filler, which is provided so as to fill the insulating case and is hardened, wherein the elastic cover includes: a covering portion configured to cover the side core; and a protruding portion, which protrudes from the covering portion, and is configured to relax a stress generated in the filler.

Ignition coil device for internal combustion engine

A control device for a permanent magnet motor, including: a rotor position detector configured to detect a rotating speed of a rotor of a permanent magnet motor in a state in which the permanent magnet motor is disconnected from a load by a clutch and rotates without power supply; a magnet temperature estimator configured to estimate a magnet temperature of the permanent magnet motor based on the detected rotating speed; a current compensator configured to determine a compensation amount for compensating for a current command to the permanent magnet motor based on the estimated magnet temperature; and a drive control device configured to control a power converter for driving the permanent magnet motor based on the compensation amount.

Control device and control method for permanent magnet motor

In a flywheel-type magnet generator, a heat dissipation member which has no relation with a magnetic circuit is fitted into a space formed by cutting a bulk of a laminated core used for configuring the magnetic circuit, a cooling tube installed to be inserted into or penetrate the heat dissipation member is provided, and by supplying a cooling medium to the cooling tube, cooling performance of the stator is enhanced.

Magnet generator

In a magneto generator, second phase lead wires () and third phase lead wires () among individual one pair of first, second and third lead wires () are covered with first protective tubes (), respectively. The second phase lead wires () and the third phase lead wires () covered with the first protective tubes () are bent toward the first phase lead wires () in a circumferential direction and bundled together with the first phase lead wires (). The first phase lead wires (), the second phase lead wires () and the third phase lead wires () thus bundled are bent in a direction opposite to the circumferential direction and covered with second protective tubes (), respectively.

Magneto generator

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a magnetoelectric generator including: a flywheel rotating around an axis of rotation; a plurality of magnets disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the flywheel and rotating together with the flywheel; a stator core disposed radially inside the magnets, the stator core being constituted by stacking a plurality of thin steel sheets and having: an annulus portion; and a plurality of teeth projecting radially outward from the annulus portion; and a generating coil configured by winding conducting wire onto the teeth, wherein: a coolant aperture through which a coolant passes is formed on the annulus portion so as to penetrate through the thin steel sheets in a direction of lamination.

Magnetoelectric generator

A magnet generator including a bowl-shaped flywheel which is formed of a cylindrical portion and a bottom portion on one end side of the cylindrical portion, a plurality of magnets which are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the flywheel, and a power generation coil which generates power under an electromagnetic induction action with the magnets and which is disposed in opposition to the magnets within the flywheel, wherein the flywheel has a plurality of vent holes in its bottom portion, and the hole base part of each of the vent holes is formed in a droop or curved shape. Owing to the droop or curved shape, a cooling efficiency is enhanced, and a job for treating burrs and laps after cutting working can be relieved to enhance a productivity.

Magneto generator with arrangements for lead wires of three-phase windings

A permanent-magnet generator is provided that has a bowl-shaped fly wheel integrally formed with a boss part by casting or hot forging, that reduces rotational imbalance and the quantity of balance correction processing such as drilling. The permanent-magnet generator has a bowl-shaped fly wheel produced by casting or hot forging, having a circumferential wall part and a bottom wall part, and having a boss part for supporting a rotating shaft, the boss part being integrally formed at the center of the bottom wall part. The plural vents are arranged substantially circularly in the bottom wall part of the fly wheel, and a key groove for coupling with the rotating shaft is provided at a part of the boss part. The arrangement of at least one of the plural vents is made unequal in order to reduce rotational imbalance including that caused by the key groove.

Permanent-magnet generator

In a magnetoelectric generator generating electric power by electromagnetic induction between permanent magnets and a generating coil due to rotation of a flywheel, a plurality of press-worked portions for forcibly increasing roundness of the flywheel are formed by press working on a bottom portion of the flywheel.

A stator core includes: a laminated body in which a plurality of intermediate plates that have dowels are laminated so as to be integrated by dowel crimping between layers; and a pair of end plates that are disposed so as to be positioned on opposite sides of two end surfaces of the laminated body, and a receiving aperture that extends parallel to an axis of rotation is formed on the laminated body, a bent portion is disposed on the end plates, and the end plates are joined to the laminated body by engaging the bent portion in the receiving aperture.

Two end plates of a stator core are made of a metal material to increase their rigidity and thereby hold, in a prescribed shape, generation coils that are wound on teeth of the stator core. To increase the insulation between the generation coils and the teeth, the circumferential width of a first portion, extending in the radial direction, of each of the end plates is made smaller than that of a corresponding first portion of a laminated core. At least a second portion of at least one of the two end plates is made of a non-magnetic metal material, whereby the magnetic loss is reduced and the temperature characteristic and the power generation characteristic are improved.

Magneto-generator

A rise in temperature of magneto coils can be suppressed, thereby improving the electrical efficiency, service life and reliability thereof. A flywheel () has a cylindrical portion (), and is rotatable about an axis of rotation A&#x2014;A. A plurality of magnets () are mounted on an inner peripheral surface of the flywheel () so as to rotate therewith. A stator core () has a plurality of teeth () protruded outwardly in a diametral direction, and is disposed in opposition to the magnets (). Conductive wires are wound around the teeth (), respectively, to form magneto coils (). The stator core () has a laminated core () formed of a plurality of magnetic sheet steel plates laminated one over another, and a pair of end plates () disposed so as to sandwich opposite side surfaces of the laminated core (). At least one of the pair of end plates () is made of aluminum whose heat radiation is higher than the magnetic sheet steel plates.

A magnetoelectric generator includes a bowl-like flywheel () having a bottom portion () formed with ventilation holes (), a plurality of permanent magnets () secured to an inner circumferential surface of the flywheel (), a stator core () disposed within the flywheel () and having peripheral side surfaces facing the permanent magnets (), and a coil assembly () implemented by winding an electric conductor on the core (). Electricity is induced in the coil assembly () by AC magnetic field produced by rotating the flywheel (). A peripheral edge portion of each ventilation hole () is formed with a projecting portion () by plastic deformation, which protrudes toward the coil assembly () for producing turbulent air flows internally of the flywheel () upon rotation of the flywheel ().
