Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article excellent in balance of color developability and low-temperature impact resistance, where a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer in which a rubber (A) containing a polyorganosiloxane (A1) and a vinyl polymer (A2) is grafted with a vinyl monomer (b), wherein the vinyl polymer (A2) includes 90 to 100% by mass of a monofunctional vinyl monomer (a1) and 10 to 0% by mass of a polyfunctional vinyl monomer (a2) with respect to 100% by mass of the vinyl polymer (A2), wherein the glass transition temperature of the homopolymer of the monofunctional vinyl monomer (a1) is 0&#xb0; C. or higher, and the peak of tan &#x3b4; of the polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer is in the range of &#x2212;125&#xb0; C. to &#x2212;90&#xb0; C.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a porous membrane which has pores with high uniformity wherein the formation of large pores with a diameter of 1 &#x3bc;m or higher is suppressed and which has excellent fractionation performance and high water permeability, and a hollow fiber membrane, water treatment device, electrolyte support, and separator which use the porous membrane.
