A printing control device includes a determination section, a first printing control section, a movement controller, and a second printing control section. When the determination section determines that an elapsed time in which no board is convey exceeds an allowable time, the first printing control section causes the printer to execute the printing process for a first time on a first board which is conveyed in since the determination is made. The movement controller separates the mask and the board from each other after the first printing control section executes the printing process for the first time and brings the mask and the board into abutment with each other again after the separation. The second printing control section causes the printer to execute the printing process for a second time on the board after the movement controller brings the mask and the board into abutment with each other again.

Printing control device and printing control method

A printing parameter acquisition device includes an acquisition section and an output section. The acquisition section acquires a printing condition for specifying a member to be used when solder is printed on a board. The output section outputs a printing parameter which is associated with a printing condition corresponding to a printing condition acquired by the acquisition section and of which a reliability is a predetermined level or more, from a database that stores the printing condition, a printing parameter used for controlling driving of a printer, and the reliability of the printing parameter including inspection information on a print state of the solder inspected by a printing inspector in association with each other.

Printing parameter acquisition device

A printing parameter acquisition device includes an acquisition section and an output section. The acquisition section acquires a printing condition for specifying a member to be used when solder is printed on a board. The output section outputs, from a database that stores the printing condition, a printing parameter used for controlling driving of a printer, and a reliability of the printing parameter in association with each other, the printing parameter which is associated with the printing condition corresponding to the printing condition acquired by the acquisition section and of which the reliability is a predetermined level or more.

The control section performs a mask exchange process including a mask discharge process of discharging the screen mask to be discharged and a mask introduction process of introducing the screen mask to be introduced by controlling a conveyance rod. A first conveyor belt and second conveyor belt are disposed on guide rail which is disposed so as to extend in a circuit substrate conveyance direction. Then, the circuit substrate supported by both the conveyor belts of the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt is held by substrate holding device, and work is performed on the held circuit substrate. In the transfer device having such a structure, for example, when the circuit substrate on which an operation has been completed is conveyed out by the second conveyor belt, a new circuit substrate is conveyed into the transfer device by the first conveyor belt. In this way, it is possible to perform printing work on a new circuit substrate at an early stage and shorten a cycle time.

A solder supply system that judges whether a solder cup is set on a solder supply device. In a case in which it is judged that the solder cup is set on the solder supply device, reading a barcode by a barcode reader is allowed. In contrast, in a case in which it is judged that the solder cup is not set on the solder supply device, reading a barcode by the barcode reader is restricted. That is, reading a barcode by the barcode reader before the solder cup is set inside an outer tube is restricted, while reading a barcode by the barcode reader is allowed when the solder container is set inside the outer tube.

A printing operation assisting device for assisting a printing operation performed by a solder printer configured to print a solder cream on a substrate surface, including: a measure determining portion configured to determine a remedial measure against a deterioration of a print quality specified on the basis of print-result information obtained from an inspecting machine configured to inspect a print result by the printer, in accordance with a kind of the print-quality deterioration; and a measure issuing portion configured to issue a command relating to the remedial measure determined by the measure determining portion to at least one of the printer and its operator, wherein the measure determining portion is configured to determine a remedial measure against a certain print-quality deterioration and to redetermine another remedial measure different from the previously determined remedial measure where the deteriorated print quality is not improved by execution of the previously determined measure.

In a screen printing line including a plurality of screen printing machines and a plurality of shuttle conveyors each provided between any adjacent two of the plurality of screen printing machines, each of the screen printing machines includes: a main body; a front conveyor having a substrate support device; a rear conveyor configured to allow passage of a circuit substrate; a printing device configured to carry out screen printing on the circuit substrate supported by the substrate support device. Screen printing line and screen printing method

Utility of a circuit-substrate working machine including a substrate conveyor device and a shuttle conveyor designed to shift a circuit substrate in a direction intersecting a conveying direction is improved. Based on transmission of a deliverable-state advance notification signal for one of conveyor lanes of an upstream printer, a movable conveyor lane of an intermediate shuttle conveyor is moved to a position continuous to the one conveyor lane. The circuit substrate is delivered to the movable conveyor lane in a state in which the movable conveyor lane is located at a circuit-substrate receiving position, a receivable-state advance notification signal is produced for a receiving lane for receiving the circuit substrate supplied from one of conveyor lanes of a downstream printer which has transmitted a deliverable-state advance notification signal, and a receivable-state signal and a deliverable-state signal are obtained. The circuit substrate is then delivered to the receiving lane.

Shuttle conveyor, circuit-substrate working machine, and circuit-substrate working system

A board work system operable by a plurality of operators assigned in turn to operate. The system includes (a) at least one device changeable to each one of a plurality of different modes; (b) a control device which controls the changeable device, and receives operator ID data identifying each operator, so as to recognize which one of the operators is currently assigned to operate the system; and (c) an ID-data input device operable to input the operator ID data to the control device. The control device includes: (b-) a suitable-mode-establishing-data storing portion which stores suitable-mode-establishing data representative of one of the different modes which is to be established during operation of the system by each operator; and (b-) a suitable-mode establishing portion which establishes one of the different modes on the basis of the suitable-mode establishing data and according to the operator ID data inputted to the control device.
