In example implementations, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a plurality of microphones to record background sounds, a noise cancellation component to generate an inverted signal to negate the background sounds from an output signal, a memory to store sound patterns associated with known events, a speaker to output the output signal, and a processor. The processor is to compare a background sound of the background sounds to sound patterns stored in the memory, detect an event when the background sound matches a sound pattern and is coming from behind a user, and execute a corrective action to the output signal in response to the event being detected and the background sound coming from behind the user.

In example implementations, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a display, an eye tracking sensor, and a processor. The eye tracking sensor is to capture eye movements of a user. The processor is in communication with the display and the eye tracking sensor. The processor is to identify a type of eye movement from the eye movements captured by the eye tracking sensor and activate a control that is shown in the display.

In example implementations, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a physiological sensor, a memory, and a processor. The physiological sensor is to measure a physiological parameter. In response to the physiological parameter exceeding the baseline level by a difference threshold, the processor is to adjust the extended reality application.

A method, according to one example, includes receiving, by a system including a processor, a three-dimensional (3D) data array defined in a 3D rectangular coordinate space. The method includes transforming, by the system, the 3D data array into a radial array defined in a spherical coordinate space. The method includes generating, by the system, a 3D immersive visualization of the radial array in which a user appears to be immersed within the radial array. The method includes continually modifying the 3D immersive visualization based on movement of the user.

An apparatus comprises, a user interface surface, sensor circuitry, and logic circuitry. The sensor circuitry to detect a palm-based touch event caused by a user's hand relative to the user interface surface to indicate a degree of coarseness for a graphics change, and detect a digit-based touch event caused by a digit of the user's hand relative to the user interface surface. The logic circuitry to, in response to the touch events indicating the palm is in a fixed position and a position of the digit, provide data associated with the graphics change.

Examples disclosed herein relate to responsive printing. An example device includes a processor, a memory device, and a printer for physical printing of a content section of an output object following a user setting and an instruction for the output object to be printed. In an example, the device may also include a microphone to detect an audio input and a camera to detect an image input. Further, in the example, the audio input detected by the microphone and the image input detected by the camera are both used by the processor executing instructions from the memory device in providing a content section of the output object, providing the user setting, and providing instructions to the printer for the content section of the output object to be printed.

A method is described in which biometric input is associated with at least one selectable option on a user controller prior to receipt of a user selection for the at least one selectable option; a past input by a user of a previous selectable option on the user controller is identified; and the at least one selectable option is preemptively executed according to the biometric input and the past input of the previous selectable option, prior to receipt of the user selection for the at least one selectable option.

An example non-transitory machine-readable medium includes instructions executable by a processor to capture a biometric signal from a biometric sensor at a headset that includes a stereoscopic display, capture a facial motion signal from a facial motion sensor associated with the headset, determine facial movement of a wearer of the headset based on the facial motion signal, apply a weight to the biometric signal based on the facial movement to obtain a weighted biometric signal, and use the weighted biometric signal to determine an emotional state of the wearer.

In example implementations, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a body portion and a plurality of legs movably coupled to the body portion. The body portion is to rest on a backside of a hand of a user. Each one of the plurality of legs include a curved portion to fit between fingers of a user. In example implementations, a virtual reality (VR) system is provided. The VR system includes a head mounted display (HMD), a hand wearable interface, a wireless communication interface, and a processor. The HMD is to display a computer generated artificial world. The wireless communication interface is to establish a wireless communication path. The processor is communicatively coupled to the HMD, the hand wearable interface, and the wireless communication interface. The processor is to receive an indication that a touch screen device is located from a locator device in the HMD or the hand wearable device, to establish a wireless connection to the touch screen device via the wireless communication interface, and to receive an input via the touch screen device.

A method includes providing a split input device that includes a left portion for use by a user's left hand, and a right portion for use by the user's right hand. The method includes capturing images of the split input device while the split input device is being used by the user in a split configuration in which the left portion is physically separated from the right portion, and generating a three-dimensional (3D) visualization of the split input device based on the captured images, wherein the split input device appears in the 3D visualization as a single input device in a combined configuration.

In an example method, a target object is detected via a camera in a mobile device based on an embedded identifier on the target object. Sensor data of the mobile device is tracked to estimate a relative location or a relative orientation of the mobile device in relation to the target object. A relative gesture is detected via the mobile device based on the relative location or the relative orientation of the mobile device. One or more actions are performed in response to detecting the relative gesture.

An example communication device includes a camera to detect media. A processor is to link the detected media with a stored version of the detected media in a database. The processor is to instruct a printing device associated with a remote device to output a hardcopy of the stored version of the detected media.

In example implementations, a head mounted display (HMD) is provided. The HMD includes a first display, a sensor, an outward facing camera, a processor, and a second display. The first display is to display an image towards a user wearing the HMD. The sensor captures a gaze of the user wearing the HMD. The outward facing camera captures images of a portion of an environment within a view of the user. The processor is communicatively coupled to the sensor and the outward facing camera to generate an animation of the gaze of the user and an augmented reality image on the first display based on the images captured by the outward facing camera. The second display is communicatively coupled to the processor and the first display. The second display displays the animation of the gaze of the user away from the user.
