A DLL circuit includes: an output dummy circuit having a prescribed propagation delay; a first delay element delaying a reference clock in accordance with a control signal and supplying the delayed signal to the output dummy circuit; a phase determination circuit comparing the phases of the reference clock and a feedback signal and supplying a control signal altering the delay amount of the first delay element; a second delay element receiving either the reference clock or the feedback signal, to serve as the trigger of the phase comparison operation, and delaying this signal by a delay amount; and a latch circuit latching the other signal not serving as the trigger of the phase comparison operation in synchronization with the rising edge of the output signal of the second delay element and supplying a signal turning on or off the input of the other signal to the phase determination circuit.

DLL circuit capable of preventing malfunctioning causing locking in an antiphase state

In a duty ratio detecting apparatus, a duty ratio detecting circuit is constructed by first and second nodes, a load current supplying circuit for supplying first and second load currents to the first and second nodes, respectively, and a current switch connected to the first and second nodes. The current switch is operated in response to first and second complementary duty ratio signals. A duty ratio maintaining circuit is constructed by third and fourth nodes for receiving and maintaining voltages at the first and second nodes, respectively. A first switch is connected between the first and third nodes, and a second switch is connected between the second and fourth nodes. The load current supplying circuit is controlled by voltages at the third and fourth nodes.

Duty ratio detecting apparatus with small return time

A flywheel, a cooling fan and a recoil starter are mounted on a crank shaft of an engine, thereby forming an engine unit. A power generating body is mounted on the end of the engine unit with the aid of an adapter intervening therebetween. The adapter and a rotor shaft are interconnected by means of a through bolt. A control system of the engine generator may be changed to an AVR type or an inverter type control system by removing the through bolt and replacing the power generating body with another. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an engine generator which allows the control system to be replaced with another type control system by easy replacing work.

DLL circuit capable of preventing locking in an antiphase state

A frame type engine generator having an engine, a generator connected with the engine and driven by the engine and a supporting frame for supporting the engine and generator therein is closed at the front surface of the supporting frame with a control panel, closed at the rear surface thereof with a muffler cover and closed at the top surface thereof with a fuel tank. To raise a noise reduction performance of the engine generator, the left side surface of the supporting frame is closed with a left panel and the right side surface thereof is closed with a right panel. The left and right panels have a double-walled structure including an inner panel and an outer panel, respectively. The left and right panels are detachably attached to the supporting frame through a rubber seal, respectively.

A phase adjusting circuit for a semiconductor memory includes a D/A converter which includes a D/A converting circuit receiving code signals A to An, and a current mirror circuit having an input transistor P connected to an output node S of the D/A converting circuit and an output transistor P for supplying an output current lout. A switch circuit is connected between a gate of the input transistor P and a gate of an output transistor P , and a capacitor is connected to the gate of an output transistor P . The switch circuit is turned off before the code signals A to An applied to the D/A converting circuit change, and after a fluctuation of the potential on the output node S of the D/A converting circuit has been settled, the switch circuit is turned on, with the result that a hazard occurring in the D/A converting circuit is prevented from being transferred to the current mirror circuit . When the switch circuit is in an off condition, the capacitor holds the potential before the code signals A to An changes, so that the output current Iout before the code signals A to An changes, is maintained.

The delay locked operation is intermittently conducted only when a command or signal is supplied from outside, and a delay time changed in the delay locked operation is retained thereafter in the period that the command or signal is not supplied. Also, the dummy pattern used in conducting the phase comparison between internal clock ICK and external clock ECK is obtained through the output circuit that has the same characteristics as the output circuit from which data are actually output. Therefore, the accurate coincidence between internal clock ICK and external clock ECK can be obtained regardless of the parasitic inductive and capacitive loads that are influenced depending on the characteristic of package and the mounting conditions. Thereby, the delay locked operation can be always conducted accurately.

An engine generator includes an engine, a generator having a generating unit including an outer rotor and a stator, and a cooling fan disposed between the engine and the generator. The generating unit is housed within a fan cover which is provided for accommodating the cooling fan, the stator being mounted to the inner side of the fan cover. As the single fan cover encloses the generating unit, a reduction in the number of components and an improvement in water-proof performance are achieved. The stator can be separated and replaced simply by removing the fan cover without dismounting other components, whereby maintenance is facilitated and the number of working steps is reduced.

It is an object of the invention to improve a cooling efficiency for cooling an engine generator by dividing a cooling air passage into two routes. The engine generator includes an engine, a generator, a muffler and a cooling fan, which are all enclosed in a housing. A first cooling air passage is formed adjacent to a cylinder of the engine. A second cooling air passage is formed beneath the engine, extending from the lower side of the cooling fan, passing through an area below the engine and arriving at the muffler. The second cooling air passage is formed between an oil pan and a vibration isolation support base plate, with the oil pan facing the second cooling air passage. In this way, an air supplied from the cooling fan is divided into two routes, with one cooling the cylinder head of the engine and the other the lower portion of the engine and the muffler. When the second cooling passage is partially formed by the vibration isolation support base plate, a longer span can be obtained by the vibration isolation support base plate. Therefore, a vibration isolation member is provided on each end of the vibration isolation support base plate for effectively reducing the engine vibration.

An engine generator is provided which improves a sturdiness and rigidity, sound insulation performance, and workability at inspecting of the whole structure, and further simplifies the structure through reducing the number of parts of a housing. An engine, a muffler, and a generator are disposed on a base, and included within the housing which has a side cover integrally formed with the base, a main cover comprising an upper surface and a side wall integrally formed each other, mainly used for an overhaul work, and a door cover mainly used for a daily inspection. A partition plate is vertically mounted between the engine and the muffler. A side plate is also vertically mounted inside an end of the housing. A tank bracket is mounted across between each upper portion of the side plate and the partition plate. The base, partition plate, side plate and tank bracket forms an engine room. The base, partition plate, and housing forms a muffler room. The housing has a double wall structure formed by an outer wall, an inner wall, and a hollow space, and further a triple walls structure formed by the housing and the side plate.

According to disclosed embodiments, a semiconductor memory is disclosed that includes a memory array connected to a number of registers by a transfer bus of reduced size. Reduction of transfer bus size can be achieved without a significant increase in data processing speed. According to one embodiment ( ) a semiconductor memory can include a number of cell regions ( - and - ) arranged in a first direction.
