It is an object to provide a compound that can provide a molded article and a coating film excellent not only in solubility in an organic solvent, but also in miscibility with/dispersibility in a matrix resin, causing no aggregation in a matrix resin, excellent in surface modification property, and having high transparency. A fluorine-containing highly branched polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer A having two or more radical polymerizable double bonds in the molecule thereof with a monomer B having a fluoroalkyl group and at least one radical polymerizable double bond in the molecule thereof in the presence of a polymerization initiator C in a content of 5% by mol or more and 200% by mol or less, based on the total molar amount of the monomer A and the monomer B; and a resin composition comprising the polymer.

The present invention relates to a method for controlling a permeability of a gas to be separated through an organic separation membrane in a separation process of gasses by an organic separation membrane, wherein the method comprises irradiating the organic separation membrane with a microwave to cause vibration/rotation of a molecule or a domain thereof constituting the organic separation membrane and alter the molecular structure and/or polarity of the organic separation membrane, and thus altering a permeability of the gas to be separated; and also a method for producing an organic separation membrane, comprising irradiating with a microwave in a process of producing the organic separation membrane to alter the permeability thereof.

Method for converting sparingly water-soluble medical substance to amorphous state

An amorphous solid dispersion of efonidipine hydrochloride having a high intestinal absorbability can be formed by subjecting a mixture containing efonidipine hydrochloride of the formula (I), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate succinate and optionally a thermostabilizer to a step A of heat treatment at from 85 to 140&deg; C. or mechanochemical treatment at from 0 to 140&deg; C., and then to a step B of dipping treatment into a water-containing solution, impregnation treatment with a water-containing solution or contacting treatment with a water vapor-containing gas; or treating the above-mentioned mixture with a hot steam at from 100 to 140&deg; C. and a high pressure. Further, in the above-mentioned step A, the mixture is subjected to high frequency heating, making it possible to give a solid dispersion of efonidipine hydrochloride having a high intestinal absorbability without using the step B. This process is quite advantageous in the production in that the use of an organic solvent is not required. Formula (I):
