The present invention provides a resin composition for stereolithography that enables easy stereolithographical fabrication; and that can produce a cured object having desirable strain recovery, desirable toughness, and desirable water resistance. The present invention relates to a resin composition for stereolithography comprising a polymerizable compound (A) whose homopolymer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 37° C. or higher; and a photopolymerization initiator (B), and having a tan δ at 37° C. of 0.3 or less after cure.

A resin composition for optical shaping comprising: an α,β-unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (A) having a ring structure (a) containing a nitrogen atom; a (meth)acrylic acid ester compound (B) having a boiling point of 280° C. or more at normal pressure, having a carbocyclic group, and having no nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group; a photopolymerization initiator (C); and optionally, a polyfunctional polymerizable monomer (E) having a molecular weight of 500 or less and not comprised in the α,β-unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (A) and the (meth)acrylic acid ester compound (B), wherein the content of the polyfunctional polymerizable monomer (E) having a molecular weight of 500 or less is 20 mass % or less relative to the total amount of polymerizable compounds comprised in the resin composition for optical shaping.

The present invention provides a resin composition for stereolithography that is easily shapable with good shape precision while reducing sedimentation of inorganic particles during storage, and a obtained three-dimensional shaped article thereby excels in mechanical characteristics such as flexural strength and flexural modulus, in addition to having a desirable shade and good shade stability. The present invention relates to a resin composition for stereolithography comprising a polymerizable monomer (a), a photopolymerization initiator (b), an inorganic particle (c) having an average particle diameter of 5 to 500 nm, and a hindered phenolic compound (d), wherein the content of the photopolymerization initiator (b) is 0.1 to 10 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the polymerizable monomer (a), the content of the inorganic particle (c) is 50 to 400 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the polymerizable monomer (a), and the content of the hindered phenolic compound (d) is 0.1 to 500 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the photopolymerization initiator (b).

A resin composition for stereolithography may emit a weak odor, enable easy fabrication of an object, and may be made into a cured product having desirable toughness and water resistance when used for stereolithographical fabrication. A resin composition for stereolithography may include: an α,β-unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (A) having a homopolymer glass transition temperature (Tg) of 40° C. or more, having a plurality of independent aromatic rings, and having no urethane bond; an α,β-unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (B) having a homopolymer glass transition temperature (Tg) of less than 40° C., having a ring structure, and having a normal boiling point of 250° C. or more; and a photopolymerization initiator (C).

The present invention provides a resin composition for stereolithographic modeling emitting a weak odor, having desirable shape accuracy, and made into a cured product having desirable strength, toughness, and color tone when used for stereolithographic modeling. The present invention relates to a resin composition for stereolithographic modeling, comprising: a polymerizable monomer (A); a photopolymerization initiator (B), and an organic peroxide (C), wherein the polymerizable monomer (A) comprises a (meth)acrylic acid ester compound (A-1) having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa·s or less and a normal boiling point of 270° C. or more and/or a (meth)acrylamide compound (A-2) having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa·s or less and a normal boiling point of 200° C. or more, and the photopolymerization initiator (B) is at least one selected from a (bis)acylphosphine oxide, an α-hydroxyketone compound, an α-aminoketone compound, a benzoin alkyl ether compound, a thioxanthone, a ketal, an α-diketone, and an anthraquinone.

Resin composition for stereolithographic modeling

The present invention provides a resin composition for optical shaping that, with its low viscosity, enables easy stereolithographical fabrication of an object, and that can produce an object having desirable toughness and desirable water resistance, particularly for dental mouthpieces and denture base materials. The present invention relates to a resin composition for optical shaping comprising a urethanized (meth)acrylic compound (A) and a photopolymerization initiator (B), the urethanized (meth)acrylic compound (A) being a (meth)acrylate containing at least one polyol moiety and a urethane bond per molecule, said at least one polyol moiety being selected from the group consisting of a polyester, a polycarbonate, a polyurethane, and a polyether each having a structure derived from a C4 to C18 aliphatic chain diol unit (a) having a branched structure.
