A POS payment terminal () using a mobile communication device (), such as a mobile phone, is created over a temporary connection between the merchant's Sales Device () with the removable memory card (), where the removable memory card () is inserted into the customer's slot of the mobile communication device (). The Sales Device () contains a secure memory () with the POS terminal's identification data in the form of a SAM card or an ICC card () or directly in the form of a secure element on the circuit printed. The payment terminal () is created before or during the payment process over a temporary connection between a Sales Device () with a mobile communication device (), which is held by the customer and which has a removable memory card that can have an independent communication element, especially of the NFC type. The payment cryptogram is of standard form, e.g. in the EMV format and it is sent online or offline in batches to the payment processing center () according to the amount paid and the preset risk management.

POS payment terminal and a method of direct debit payment transaction using a mobile communication device, such as a mobile phone

During the contactless transfer of the data from PICC () to PCD () with the load modulation within PICC () the analog signal between the transmitting antenna () and the output of the driver () is demodulated. From the demodulated output the digital data are generated for the direction of the subsequent modification of the signal led to the PICC () antenna set. The digital data gather from the demodulated signal are used for the amplification and/or attenuation of the signal received on the side of the PCD () and/or for synchronization or other modification of the signal on the side of the PICC (), whereby no further modification of the driver () is needed. The connection on the LA, LB outputs appears to the driver () by its characteristics, mainly by its impedance, in the same way as the connected antenna () of the original connection according to the prior state of the art. Such processing and connection allows to use broadly available analog drivers () which can be combined with various other elements of other producers, which achieves real compatibility and high amount of freedom when designing the circuits, as well as the independence from the particular producer of the chips.

Method of processing of signal transmitted from the analog NFC driver and system for realization of said method

A temporary carrier of a removable memory card () is in the shape of a flat card (), where the removable memory card () forms an element to be released from the flat card body (). The removable memory card () has at least five additional contacts () for temporary usage before the removable memory card is removed from the flat card () body. The additional contacts () take up a smaller surface as a contact field () of a standardized flat card (). The removable memory card () is located within the flat card () in such a way that the position of additional contacts () corresponds to the position of a standardized flat card () contact field (). The suitable sixth additional switch contact () can be used to switch secure elements. The temporary carrier is inserted into a standard burning device, which operates with it in the same way as it would with a common card with a contact field ().

Temporary carrier of a removable memory card

The method and solution can be mainly used for data transmission in cashless payment applications, especially those realized from the mobile phone while using RFID and/or NFC platform. The signals with different frequency are combined in antenna system (M) of the receiver () and transmitter () and then the carrier signal is separated from the result of the combined signals and the transmitted data are demodulated. The difference between the frequencies has a value, that corresponds to the size of the subcarrier frequency to which the receiver () is preset. During transmission the transformer connection coefficient can have the value k=0.2-0.001, while the antenna () of the receiver () is tuned narrowly to the transmitter's () frequency without considering the subcarrier frequency. The transmitter is preferably located on a memory card or on a card with a format and interface of a memory card, e.g. micro SD.

Method and solution of data transmission from the transponder to the reader, especially in payment solutions with a mobile communication device

The emitter is intended to provide a contactless communication channel (particularly RFID/NFC) in miniature build space. The emitter has an oblong, at least partially ferrite core (), the core () is winded up by a wire () with at least two threads (), the threads () are on the core () placed tightly next to each other and the effective width (w)of one thread () corresponds to the radius of the core () in the circular core () cross-section, or corresponds to the equivalent radius in other shapes of the core () with deviation up to +&#x2212;75%. The wire () of the coil is flat, or the coil includes several wires held parallel to each other (toN) forming a multi-stage thread. The emitter can be placed in the removable memory card () and/or on the PCB board () and/or SIM card () and/or battery (). Modulation of data transmitted by the emitter uses electromagnetic wave generator with a frequency different from the receiver, difference of these frequencies corresponds to the subcarrier frequency.

Non-stationary magnetic field emitter, its connection in system and data modulation method

The process encompasses the communication between trade system accessible over GUI of the mobile communication device (), when after the item being purchased is selected, the acquirer's () identification is loaded from the removable memory card (). The acquirer's () identification is sent to the trade system's () headquarters, where after it is approved, the transaction payment parameters are created and these enter the removable memory card () as an initiator of the payment terminal application. The payment terminal application runs on the removable memory card () and it creates a payment cryptogram. This one is sent into the trade system's () headquarters, where it can be handled as a common cryptogram of usual POS terminals. The process can encompass even a preparation and pre-preparation phase, thanks to which corresponding applications of individual participants of the system are installed, configured and activated. The online payment can preferably realize even the reset of the counter on the payment device.

Process of selling in electronic shop accessible from the mobile communication device

The communication method with the POS terminal that improves transmission characteristics of the authorized payment from the mobile communication device () is based upon a fact that the frequency converter () on that side of the communication channel where the POS terminals NFC antenna () is. The frequency converter () receives and processes the signal from the POS terminals NFC antenna () on the 13.56 MHz frequency, sends it on a higher frequency into the mobile communication device () and vice versa. The frequency converter () is outwardly energetically passive and is power supplied from the electromagnetic field received from the POS terminals antenna (). The frequency converter () contains an antenna, tuned to the frequency in the range of 13.00 to 14.00 MHz, that is connected to the power supply element (). The frequency converter () is located in the proximity of the POS terminal's antenna.

Method of communication with the POS terminal, the frequency converter for the post terminal

Removable card for a contactless communication contains an antenna () formed of threads () placed on the external surface of the body () of the card and covered by a layer () of a ferromagnetic material. In advantageous adjustment the antenna () contains on one area () of the card eight threads () and both areas () of the card are covered by a layer () of a ferritic foil. The antenna () is connected to the series with element () with capacity and the resistance () on the other side. Resonant circuit is tuned in for the final frequency from 13.0 to 15.0 MHz. The signal from the antenna () is read between the first and the second thread () from the side of the element () with capacity. The production method for the antenna on the body of the removable card resides in the fact that a groove of the conductive path () shape is dredged on the surface of the card's body (), the groove is filled with a conductive material and a ferromagnetic material layer () is applied on the surface of the area () covering the antenna ().

Removable card for a contactless communication, its utilization and the method of production

The system contains a virtual POS terminal's unit in the user's personal device. The mobile communication device () contains a virtual POS terminal's unit () and also a removable memory card (), on which there are at least two physically separate secure elements () stored. The removable memory card () is connected to the secure element () containing the secured part of the virtual POS terminal. The mobile communication device () and/or the separate portable element () is adjusted in such a way to be able to connect to a remote payment procession server. The removable memory card () and the separate portable element () can be equipped with the NFC communication element. Depending on the user choice, a corresponding secure element () with the selected payment card unit () is activated on the removable memory card (). The user's payment card's identification data are supplemented by the payment receiver's identification data and also by a one-time password that was created in the one-time password unit.

Electronic payment application system and payment authorization method

Memory card

When processing repeated operations on the keyboard of a mobile communication device, mainly at direct debits, used is a separate data carrier with a memory in which is stored at least one file with a sequence of keyboard orders of a macro type. Data carrier is energetically supplied contact-free by electromagnetic field of the mobile communication device while receiving the requiring order and, according to this order, chooses from the memory and encodes appropriate file with a sequence of keyboard orders. Data carrier sends the encoded file into the mobile communication device which decodes the received file and performs processes representing the keystrokes according to the sequence of keyboard orders. The invention also describes connection and data carrier to perform above described method where the data carrier consists of a processor, transmitting and receiving unit, block for transforming electromagnetic field and a memory to store a file of orders.

Method, connection and data carrier to perform repeated operations on the key-board of mobile communication device

A payment terminal using a mobile communication device (), such as a mobile phone, is located on a removable memory card (), e.g. type microSD card, which is adjusted in such a way so it can be inserted into an additional hardware slot, e.g. memory slot. A payment POS terminal application runs on a removable memory card (), which contains at least one payment card. The payment card's unit () with the card's payment application is located in the secured part of the memory, separately from the terminal's configuration data unit (). The configuration data of the terminal's selected identity and the payment card's data are located in the separate parts of the secure element or in completely independent secure elements or they can also be localized in the Sales Device of the merchant and there e.g. within the ICC card () or SAM card ().

A payment terminal using a mobile communication device, such as a mobile phone, is located on a removable memory card () which is adjusted in such a way so it can be inserted into an additional hardware slot which is used to add functionalities that surpasses the basic functions of the mobile communication device. (). A payment POS terminal application runs on a removable memory card (), which also contains at least one payment card. The configuration data of the terminal's selected identity and the payment card's data are located in the separate parts of the secure element () or in completely independent secure elements (). The payment card's unit () with the card's payment application is located in the secured part of the memory, separately from the terminal's configuration data unit (). The memory card () is of SD type or miniSD or microSD card or an M2 card. The memory card () is capable of operating operate as a multi-identity terminal and it can also cooperate with several payment cards. In preferable configuration it is equipped with a contactless communication element. ().

Payment terminal using a mobile communication device, such as a mobile phone; a method of direct debit payment transaction

A method of electronic payment transaction is characterized by the fact that during processing of one payment transaction, a communication link () between the card () and the terminal () is interrupted and the ARPC answering file is received to the card () after the original communication link () is interrupted. Two phases are separated by a reset of the card () where in the second phase initial payment data (ARQC) are used. Electronically signed ARQC payment file is stored in the card's () memory for at least until the corresponding time ARPC answering file is of received and processed. The solution enables to place the mobile phone with a payment card () near to the terminal's () reader twice. The first time, a request for on-line authorization is generated and during the second touch the information from the payment processor () is recorded into the payment application.

Method and system of electronic payment transaction, in particular by using contactless payment means

On the interface side (), a removable memory card (), on which at least one payment card unit is located (), appears to be a removable memory card () for the extension of the mobile communication device's () memory capacity up till the moment when the payment purpose button () is physically pressed. Then the removable memory card () switches into the payment function's access mode and is made accessible on its interface () as a card with a Secure Element () having at least one payment card unit (). After the termination and/or interruption of the payment process, the removable memory card () switches into the access mode for the memory capacity extension function of the mobile communication device (). This configuration and method increase the security of the payment process while retaining high level of manipulation comfort. At the mobile communication device with a payment purpose button () it is possible to switch the access mode exclusively by physical press of the hardware payment button () by which the unauthorized start of the payment application without the user's knowledge is prevented.
